It was a little busy and the wait was quite noticeable. Food was good and reasonably priced. We will come back.

A last minute booking for big family gathering lunch with 20+ ppl. Event manager was attention to details and well prepared for all our needs. Well service and delicious food. Excellent

The old ‘Majestic’ movie theatre converted Into a lovely restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere. Great Portuguese food! Fun evening with friends. Live music was a big plus ❤️

Couldn’t eat there. The love music was so loud that the wait staff couldn’t hear us! Looked like a nice place but not when you have to shout to be heard 😘

Good sized serves and food was fresh and wholesome. The range of choices on menu was extensive and catered for special request meals were served reasonably quickly and to the correct person. This shows professionalism. Customer service was exceptional and nothing seemed to be a bother. Will be back and can highly recommended.

We attended the Fado night. Enjoyed the entertainment thoroughly and loved that one of the waiters also sang. The food was aplenty and all sooo good.

Great music, good food. Downside our booking through this site was not recorded, our table was under air conditioning outlet so we were cold without jackets. Waiters only addressed the man at the table so bit behind the times.

We celebrated three birthdays at the Palacio this evening whilst listening to Anna Saleh and Loretta Palmero playing during dinner. The music was very good, but the acoustics of the space did not enhance their playing. Too much reverberation with the hard surfaces. A bit of carpet or a thick back drop curtain might have helped the sound. Having said that it was a very enjoyable evening and we ended up dancing to the music! the food was good although we had a little bit of a wait before we were served. We had a good time and will do this again some time. Ricardo and Franco took car of us! Anna and Loretta are fine musicians.

The food the table service and atmosphere was absolutely amazing and delicious highly recommended hope to come back soon and try another great meal at Palacio.

Dinner was delicious, and service was friendly and fast. We had the duck, the lamb shoulder and the gnocchi between us, and everyone declared that their dish was fantastic.

The restaurant didn’t have the booking. Initially they dismissed us. When I refused to be dismissed they did find a table. The manager did not apologise or acknowledge us or the issue. The inidividual table waiter was friendly, however service was extremely slow and we didn’t get everything we originally ordered.

Great service and marvelous food. Customer service outstanding. Atmosphere top Nash. Highly recommended if any body is looking for something with a bit of Portuguese taste and costumes with fair dink um operators in the floor to serve you with best of they ability.
