A casual spot for delicious Italian food, Pannini’s Pizza in Mount Gravatt East has recently undergone a modern revamp. Now run by two brothers with a keen passion for hospitality, this Carrara Street restaurant is perfect for an informal meal with good vibes and plenty of flavour. Authentic wood-fired pizza is the speciality and Brisbane locals can expect crispy handmade bases and quality fresh ingredients as toppings. There’s also a tasty selection of pasta and traditional mains featuring on the menu, as well as BYO being available. Pannini’s Pizza is popular with Mount Gravatt East locals and with only limited seats in the cosy dining space, it’s a good idea to book a table in advance if you plan to dine in.

Get a table before they're gone
Food was delicious! Loved the pizza and pasta. Our waitress Dee (not sure of the spelling) was lovely such a friendly waiter the first time I’ve ever had a waitress who told me to relax they’ll bring the bill to me. Such a pleasure being served by her.
Such a great place to take the family for dinner
We arrived on time to our booking (which was booked days ago and confirmed via phone by me earlier that day) were told they didn’t have a table ready for us. We were then shown to a spot next door to the actual restaurant facing into a closed cafe. We were handed a corkscrew to open our own wine we have brought and given menus: we asked again to be moved and they said they would when a table became free. They kept pushing for us to take our order and reluctantly ordered and said we wanted to eat at the booked table. We received our starters where we sitting... we never were moved and we made the decision to pay for our starters and leave. It was a very disappointing experience, we are all local to the area... and excited to be at our first post isolation dinner. Such a shame. Food was fine but not worth the trouble
