It was a pleasant experience with nice interior environment and great food - it has a huge dance floor so an ideal place if you want to through a party.
Delicious food. Friendly service. Vibrant atmosphere. Desserts are very sweet- so good to share the dessert platter. Tea was nice, fragrant and refreshing. Would recommend.
We had never eaten Persian food before so our waiter was able to direct us with our meal choices. What a delight of flavours!!! The meals were so generous we were stopped in our tracks. We shared a serving of ice-cream. * WOW* an explosion of fragrant flavours. We all shared tea at the end of the meal......perfect. Booking again for this weekend.
i went with my husband for Father's Day. He said I couldn't have picked better. Whilst we didn't stay for the entertainment the food was great and the atmosphere was very nice Had a lovely evening
It was great as always. great service, great food and great atmosphere. Thank you guys You always make us very happy . I am so proud that we have a very good Persian restaurant in Melbourne.
There is a beautiful place, with excellent service and really delicious food . I recommend to all those who are seeking The best food Thank you persian room
That was great . Very friendly staff . Every time when we go there we will be happy . Foods are very delicious. Live music is good as well .
Service was excellent. Food was really nice, well presented and in generous portion sizes. Slightly limited drinks selection. Partner and I had a great night and are very happy to recommend
It was better than most Kabab places but this night was not that ideal expected usually from this place. I think they need a back up plan for when they have problems in the kitchen.
Seats are a bit crappy. Food was ok. Service was very good. Love the tea cups. Marinated lambs were really nice. Will definitely go again sometime
Thank you for excellent Service and good presentation. I am sure we will visit this restaurant many more times in future. Good luck with the business and keep of the good work.
A pleasant meal in a pleasant restaurant and whilst enjoyable, there was nothing particularly outstanding. It is a large restaurant and would be fantastic for large groups. We arrived early so there were just a few other couples but the decor and layout is attractive enough that you don't feel like you are in a barn. Service is very efficient and friendly, we didn't have to wait long for drinks, entree and mains. Not having eaten Persian cuisine before, we were a little hesitant about what to eat and sought assistance from our helpful waiter. We shared a Cucumber & Yoghurt Dip with warm Pita bread, the serve was huge! A bread & butter plate with approx 2 cups of dip on it! The bread serving was also generous, we ate half. The dip was nice but not as tasty as Tzaziki, it needed more salt. We shared 2 mains, one being a Kebab combo (chicken, lamb blackstrap, minced lamb) with a simple salad. I particularly enjoyed chicken and salad, very tasty. We also shared a traditional lamb stew, Ghormeh Sabzi, in a very dark, oily sauce and generous serving of fluffy rice. The lamb was very tender and tasty, but the spices are quite mild, so it didn't have quite enough flavour for me (being a big fan of Indian, Thai, Korean). We were told that Persian food is mild in flavour - my younger son would love it, he hates chilli. The wine/beer list is short but adequate (all wine available by the glass), and they have a very attractive open bar/lounge area. A special mention on the Persian music playing in the background, I really enjoyed it, it was quite boppy (Persian disco?!) without being irritating. This restaurant is ideal for families, large groups, couples - anyone really! But if you like hot, spicy food, you won't find it here. An added bonus, we got to use our Entertainment Book voucher, so the meal & 2 drinks (wine & beer) cost us $49. The servings are very generous, you get good value.
The waiters were very pleasant, but the food was disappointing. I ordered an entree ( or so I thought) of garlic eggplant with bread, which was tasty, but then our mains came at the same time. The waitress just smiled when I pointed this out. My main was a type of lamb stew, which had a thick layer of oil over it and was quite bland. My husband had the mixed kebab, which was also lacking in flavour, although the meat was nice. Both came with a mountain of very plain rice. I really had hoped for more flavoursome food. I ended up eating too quickly as all the food was squeezed on our tiny table and then felt quite bloated all night. I won't be going back.
The food was yummy and reminded me of the persian food I used to have in Iran. Customer service was also fantastic. The only negative for me was the loud music.
Some of the food was good, some very average, service needs improvement.
Absolutely fantastic. Staff were great and being a vegetarian I found the food really enjoyable. The carnivores in our great we're also delighted. We will be back
Food is good & portion is big enough to share between 2. Lack of service. They need to employ more waiters & waitresses. Big venue good for big groups.
Food was great, nice atmosphere but had to leave early because the DJ came on and the music was so loud we couldn't great ourselves talk.
Great food - great price. Highly recommend. Not many people there but being a Tuesday night perhaps it was a bit quiet. Hope to get there again soon.
Fantastic and well cooked food, lovely location but very sloppy customer service. Our order got mixed up (we ended up with two missing meals) and tables didn't get cleared after the meal. I expected more from that price range.
food was beautiful, service was excellent, the dining area was great and appropriately themed. The price was appropriate. The Turkish coffee is a great cultural experience. Sad to miss out on the live music which starts after 9.30 (Fri, Sat) Happily go back agian
