Primo’s Pizza House is done in such a way as to allow the pizza room to do all of the talking, which means simple yet stylish decor and a definite relaxed atmosphere. Napoletana-style and wood-fired is the name of the game, as we said, and most bases at Primo’s Pizza House of Perth are classically topped. Pizza fresca is wonderfully fresh with mozzarella, prosciutto, rocket, cherry tomatoes, parmesan and fresh basil, while the Siciliana satisfies with mild Italian sausage, ricotta and capsicum. Pizza regina is a great vegetarian option with bocconcini cheese, and the vegetariana is loaded with grilled zucchini and eggplant among much else. Lastly, the Primo’s special is famous around Victoria Park and arrives topped with marinated lamb and feta – a real indulgent treat.
