Proof was a good place for a family birthday, good value and tasty pizza. Staff were helpful in fitting us in on a busy night at short notice

Pizzas were great value for the price and very tasty. Table service was fantastic. I would recommend others to this place for those looking for a traditional wood fire pizza.

The food at Proof was great. This is much better than a normal suburban pizza place. The share plate we had for entree was excellent as were the pizzas. Someone here can seriously cook Italian food. We will be back.

Second time here. Good food - we had the shrooms pizza and prawn pasta. Enjoyed every bit of it. The great ambience with friendly staffs were a bonus! Definitely going back again.

Funky little restaurant with great food and drinks. Wood fire pizza is delicious and the pasta is perfection. Keeping it simple with all the flavour.
