Great vibe, great food. It gets really busy most times we have been there. Only constructive comment I would say is that having an extra waiter could help with all the take-away/phone/payment/dine-in pressure, since it can get hectic, rather than putting it on the one staff member.

One of the better pizzas I’ve had. Great service and good vibe. Wide variety of pizzas so something for everyone. Our group all had something different and they all only had positive things to say. Highly recommend.

Really good spot for pizza, pasta and drinks. Relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff. It does get quite busy, so best to book ahead. Our fav pizza is the Medjool, delicious!

It is one of the best wood fired pizza places in Victoria. Staff and owner are friendly and they go beyond to ensure customers are happy. It has a family atmosphere and very enjoyable.

Super friendly staff and very yummy food! We ordered the trio of dips, with the Shroom Pizza and the La Mexicana (one of the current specials). We were so full we couldn't fit dessert in :( Great dinner, will definitely be back!!

Proof has a cozy atmosphere coupled with authentic pizzas and a great vegan cheese, the complimentary glass of wine for the Mums was a nice touch!

The food was fantastic - the pizza's were superb, (however the plates need to be hot to be served was my only comment) and the Duck Ragu pasta the best I have ever eaten. Service was so friendly and we were made to feel at home. I will be back again next week for sure!

This restaurant is now our local go to for Italian. The food and atmosphere are fantastic. A gem in Heidelberg. Don’t forget the Nutella pizza for dessert!

Proof Pizzeria was great! We were greeted and seated quickly, ordered and received food quickly, the food was great with large portion sizes. Good price too. Would go again!

Great local Italian food, great choices of wine by the glass and great service from all the team. My favourite is their Gnocchi. Just absolutely delicious. We hope they never delete it from their menu.

Absolutely Sensational Pizza's and absolutely Sensational Staff, this is how a Restaurant should be run. We never had to ask for to up drinks, staff always asked us first and water was always topped up. Best Pizza's I've tasted in Australia and Overseas without doubt.

Very friendly staff and the food is always delicious. The shrooms pizza is beyond delish as is the tasting plate. The meatballs are to die for!

We had fantastic service. We were there for my son's 9th birthday and the staff were lovely and allowed us to have our own cake. The food is delicious, friendly ambience - a great experience.

We just had 2 pizzas. The size of the pizza is good and the base is good and it was served pronto. The addition of honey to a pizza that already has dates makes it oversweet. The sugo is a little thin making it wet. A pizza that mentions basil as a topping should have more than 3 tiny pieces on it. On the plus side, having chilli oil and crushed chilli on the table is always a winner for me. The decor is nice. The waitresses were very attentive. When ordering a full bottle of wine we were offered a tasting, I have never been offered that service in any restaurant before.

Enjoyed our meal very much and will return again one day soon. My Italian sausage pasta dish was very nice and my family also enjoyed the pizza

Something for everyone on the menu. Nice, choiceful wine list, delicious pizza & pasta with extremely friendly service and very welcoming to our children. We had a great night and would recommend Proof to anyone wanting a great meal.

Proof Pizzeria is an amazing restaurant,l and a true local gem. The pizzas are terrific, great friendly staff and really nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic food and amazing service...Proof is not in our local area but well worth the drive. The staff really know how to provide great customer service which makes us want to return again and again. Bravo!

Share plate is great way to start the meal. Interesting variety of pizzas - crust is light and toppings are generous. Service is friendly and knowledgeable.
