Service is good but the menu has changed for the seafood platter which is the main reason I frequent the restaurants disappointed.

Good evening - the play area good for children to play

We are a group of retired neighbours that decided to go out for lunch once a month each person choosing a different place to go. I was second picker and chose Quakers Inn - we have been back twice since my pick. Everyone doesn't think they can choose any better. We will be back next month. Food, price and service all great.

Food was most disappointing. Have enjoyed lots of nice meals here but 3 out of 4 of our meals were bland. Maybe a new cook was on duty.

Food could be better and can be a bit pricy

Overall it was good, but i think the decor could be improved and in the pub areas too....the food we had was cooked well and if calamari was cooked longer is chewy, but what we had was perfect.

Have been here before the renovations. They’ve added a fireplace and changed the seating. Overall good changes. Food was good as always. (Huge serves)!

I didn't like the fact that we were seated right near the door of the pokie room that stunk of cigarette smoke!! It still hasnt changed even with new owners!

We all enjoyed our meals and all would go there again. Was a great night.

They had a roaring fire in a big glass fire place, very nice. Seats nearby taken of course. Ordered the special entree, bolognaise arancini, which was quite tasty. I had the Porchetta, main, which was delicious, but not enough. Plus broccolini was cold. Chat potatoes weren’t hot, or crispy. Pork was perfect but, too small a piece. Mum had the veal Rosetta which was delicious all round but could do with some broccoli or greenery. Partner had rump steak with chips veg and gravy, all good. Some butter with the corn on cob would be nice.

Overall no problems service was good and faster than others

Seafood Basket for 3 people was disappointing and would not recommend to friends, No oysters as per menu which was replaced by tasteless bland chewy prawns. Fish ordinary. Calamari great. Other three meals good. Previous meals had on other occasions were very good. Hope this helps

Loved the warm wood fire on a cold winter night

Food no good, service to clear slow...seating next to fire way too hot...spoiled our evening...and we had pre booked for 11 and a high chair, no high chair ready...so expected a better table placement for comfort for a large group with baby too close to heat.

Food was great. Didn't take too long. Arrived nice and hot. Definitely will go back again.

It was Mothers Day so very busy but there were plenty of staff and good service and quick, good steaks.

The staff were friendly, I wasn't too keen on the meal that I had as I thought it would be smoked salmon but it was raw salmon. Should indicate that on the menu. Also it had too much soy sauce (or whatever sauce it was).

Fantastic service and really good food! Service was quick, place was clean and spacious. Will be eating here again soon.

We sat in a dark corner. Could barely read the menu let alone see what we were eatting. Food was good even though a couple of medium rare steaks came out more medium.

I've been going to the Sawmillers restaurant for a very long time.. it's always been "Good", but last night it was Great. New menu, a bit smaller but alot better. The portion size was fantastic for the price. The service was friendly and fast.

My family of 6 enjoyed the meals and the atmosphere of the place. Will definitely come again as we are locals!!!

Beer was very poor either the glasses were dirty or there is something wrong with your cedar tried two different beers even had one change they wouldn’t hold a head and tasted flat worse pub beers ever

We arrived at different times and were offered drinks. Ordering was easy and the wait time was fine, although meals did not all come out together. Meals are huge and four of our group of five received 1/2 price meals with our seniors card. After lunch we moved to a lounge area and spent another hour chatting whilst having coffee. A beautiful lunch.

Nice place clean and tidy, unfortunately it was raining and kids area had no shelter and not much for the kids to do. Food very generous portions.

The food service was slow coming out, the bar staff forgot drinks, had to ask twice for take away containers and one entrance door was blocked off without any signs telling people.

Can be quite noisy. Also went to play the poker machines but didn’t like sitting with people smoking next to us, so we left earlier than we would have normally

Excellent food, interesting menu options, friendly staff, not busy on this Saturday lunchtime. Would highly recommend.

Kids eat free on Sundays and the kids meal options were good.

Great place for the family Wish we could come more often. 😋
