Lovely place. Good food and wine good Tourist visit of area
Great food, very helpful staff. Made my wife's birthday lunch memorable. Would happily visit Riverbank again.
The Riverbank winery is welcoming, nicely decorated and the tables are well set out, both inside and outside under the pergola. The staff have a helpful, down-to-earth and friendly attitude. Our lunch was delicious and the wines were also very good :) A very pleasant way to spend an afternoon.
At RiverBank Estate in Caversham, amongst beautiful, rolling hills and lush, green lawns, you’ve got the chance to try some of the finest wines in Australia. Of course, you needn’t just take our word for that because RiverBank Estate’s countless awards speak for themselves, but as well as wine tastings and wine clubs, the RiverBank Estate restaurant makes a trip to Caversham worth it alone. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served (unless there’s a private function going on) and all around the clock you can expect quality courtesy of dishes that taste just as beautiful as they look.
As mentioned, RiverBank Estate Caversham offers a few menus, but to give you an impression of the main menu, expect starters like cheddar beignets with a spiced plum sauce or truffled mushrooms with a wonton crisp and chilli oil. In terms of mains, enjoy refined Australian flavours like local poached yabby with fennel, citrus salad and wild rice, homemade beef cheek tortellini or spiced kangaroo fillet with sweet potato puree and blueberry compote. Any of these dishes, as you can imagine, pair perfectly with a RiverBank wine and makes for one of the most lovely meals out in this part of Perth. Reservations are essential.
