The staff and the food was great and the ocean view was fantastic.

My food was delicious - very happy. However, one of my friends had to ask for syrup on her pancakes (had been omitted). She was happy after that as she got a bit more icecream as well. My other friend had to ask for a spoon when her coffee arrived without one. It's just those little things that can make a big difference to a dining experience.

Thank you for a wonderful experience at Rockshore Bar and Bistro. Our table of 9 had a wonderful experience and the food was delicious. The only thing that we experienced that the QR code for the online menu did not match up with the Restaurant menu. So we had to order online and wait in line. The drinks menu was the issue for your reference

A perfect location for Valentines. The food was beautiful presented and delicious delivered by friendly staff members. My only advice (as a newbie to the restaurant) would be that guests are advised of the protocols for ordering food and drinks. Had an enjoyable time and will certainly visit again .

The staff at Rockshore were very welcoming & accommodating. The food was timely & tasty. Thank you for making our family birthday celebrations a lovely evening.

The food was really terrible, mashed potatoes were not anywhere close to being fresh, the chiken was plain and veggie you could tell they were just boiled in hot water. My friend complained about her Thailand sad being dry. The drinks took forever to get served. Generally, not a place I'd recommend or go back to it.

There was quite a queue to order, and the manager told us we could place our order at the bar. Once there, I requested that my order come at the same time as my friend's, as she had ordered 10 minutes before me. Our food arrived together as requested. I had the truffle mushroom risotto with added prawns, it was delicious.

Lovely evening by the beach. Menu options were fewer than at some other restaurants but what we had was tasty. Table service would have been nice but not to much of an inconvenience to spoil the evening. Would definitely go again.

A lovely setting and views to the ocean lovely. Unfornately we had 2 men seat in front of us on the ledge seating and one was extremely loud and foul mouthed non stop. Did not want to cause problems so after eating left straight away.

The food was great. The location was great beer was cold very happy.

Bar was a little chaotic. Trays of dirty glasses spread halfway along bar, bartender was very frustrated by this aswell as I heard him say can someone do glasses. Food was good but mains came out at the same time as entrees. We ordered the bruschette which with 4 pieces was awesome. Would of liked time to enjoy before mains came out. Seemed a bit rushed.

Food was average. Tacos were boring, not a nice white fluffy taco/pita. Only chopped tomato, no coleslaw which is odd as it was fish. Sauce was drizzled all over the plate, and all three tacos, so eating them was difficult because there was sauce everywhere

The relaxing view of the beach in this alfresco dining bistro/bar was perfect. Was greeted by a very friendly, happy waitress. Service was quick, food was excellent with good size servings & catered well for g/f or vegan. Priced reasonably. My new go to from now on! ⭐️.

We reserved the table though Quandoo and when arrived they didnt have our reservation in the book. We were lucky that there were tables available at the time we arrived. We did let the manager of Resturant know what had happened just in case he had others that were goingt o turn up and not have there table. Regards Terry Dobson

My pork belly meal was delicious. Although a couple of my freinds said that their chicken was overcooked and very dry.

Great venue with views over the bay. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was friendly and swift.

Insufficient space between each of the tables - felt too cramped

The staff need to be more welcoming and need training on customer care and accommodating even having the guts to tell a customer they aren’t restraurant was one of the answers we got. Good marketing they’re doing but the kids they have can do better.Food was not appealing and also not tasty.,

Noise levels are not good in any restaurants now, but the proprietors don't seem to do anything about it. As the last ones to pay last Friday lunch, we did get left with items that were not ours but paid the bill anyway. Should we have to do that or just pay for what we had?

Greeted by a very friendly waitress who took us to our table. Even though it was busy, our order was taken quickly & drinks & food were served within only 15mins. Great sized meals & an affordable price. Will definitely be back again! Noted Happy hour time afternoon 3-5 for half price cocktails & specials for snacks 😋

Took a group from work to experience the Rockingham foreshore as we live in the area, but the service was almost missing. Had to ask for some drinks after we had been sitting at the table for lunch nearly 30 minutes. Wanted to give it a try as we always visit the Knock alongside it, but didnt measure up at all.

Went in sat down for 20 mins went to order food to be told no food is being served due to staff shortage “sorry should of told you earlier” so we left

Not happy with paying for a meal on ordering, having to lodge order at the cash register. Receptionist is lovely but needs to speak up.

Arrival pleasant drink order taken then we waited 30 minutes for food order to be taken. My husband eventually got up and approached a waitress When food arrived it was delicious

Not sure if they were having a bad day… they did say they were a bit short staffed and breakkie would take about 30 mins .. we waited an hour for 4 breakfasts.. the ice lattes took about 30 mins to come out.. then when breakfast came it was missing bacon and the sausage on both meals was pink in the middle .. a few people were leaving as food was taking too long which is a shame .. lovely restaurant I will def give them another chance .. maybe lunch next time

We cancelled the garlic bread as the main courses were arriving. The meat platter was substandard for the premium price. The sausages weren’t served until after the meal and were overcooked. We had to ask for them three times. The steak looked like sizzle steak rather than premium. The pasta portions were small. Finally, we were billed for drinks ordered from a neighbouring table. While the staff tried their best, their English wasn’t very good making enquiries difficult.

Fish of The Day. . . Salmon - overcooked and rubbery, the mashed potato looked like instant mash with too much milk - sloppy. The veges were also overcooked. Just awful. I would have returned it but my friend didn't want to make a fuss. However, my calamari was faultless - crispy and cooked just right

Disappointing. Slow to take orders even though they weren’t busy. One drink came out twice and then we were overcharged for two drinks that we didn’t order. The restaurant refunded us for them when we called to tell them. Also we were not offered dessert and it was my Mother in Laws birthday.

We had a beautiful meal at Rockshore. The pork belly was amazing, truly delicious. Service was friendly.

Our table seemed to be in the way of everyone. The food and service were great but the way we felt jammed in and the loudness/accoustics of the place were terrible.

Food was lovely, the young girls that were waiting in the tables were what held the FOH part of the business together. To have only 3 on to look after 45 tables was ridiculous, let alone unfair to your staff & customers. If this business is to survive particularly during in the busy summer months, you must put more wait staff on, during busy periods. What didn’t help was I booked online & got a confirmation, yet they had no booking, lovely girl sorted us a table out, lucky people were leaving. There was one girl saying she’ll come to the table & take the order, but never came & I suggest you clearly advertise QR code ordering, saves everyone time & frustration. Could be a fabulous business, with the right management.

First time visitor, one persons meal got forgotten so got to eat for free, some items on menu were not available! Nice experience

Food was fine, waiters friendly. Disappointed that there were items on the menu not available, such as any dessert, some drinks.

We waited for at least an hour and they then came and told us that they didn't have any sausages for the bangers and mash. We then waited about 40 minutes to get inedible food. Never again

It was just ok. Service nothing to write home about and small portions for the money. Wont go back
