Service was great and food was very well cooked and tasted amazing. Strongly recommend dining at Sandpiper Nelson Bay

Overall meal was good but steak was very much overcooked. Disappointing. Oysters amazing and my prawns gorgeous. As we always go there each time we come to Nelson’s Bay not sure whether we will return because of the steak. They were apologetic and did discount our meal to their credit. Need to get the black Angus steak cooked right guys!!!!

Repeat offenders to this lovely restaurant. It’s been 5 years since our last visit we were there for my birthday the celebrations continued with exceptional service and delicious food sandpipers never disappoints . Value for money.

Usually have a great meal here but tonight the lobster topper on my pasta was chewy and possibly frozen not fresh - not up to the usual standard.

Our go to restaurant in the Bay is Sandpipers. We had friends visiting from Sydney and all 4 said it was an amazing experience. I did talk them into the Chilli Hotpot which is my go to dish. Cheers, Garry

Food was lovely. They did have no mixers to go with our choice of spirit drinks and they said we weren’t allowed to go buy our own mixers to give them lol they said we could have it on the rocks I’m gin on the rocks lol no thanks

The food was amazing! Great GF options for mains and a couple for dessert. I had the barramundi special and the brownie. Everything was scrumptious, a great meal if you want to treat yourself to something fancy.

House Specialty for me Seafood Chowder... no other restaurant can match Superb !!!

Booked for a group of 10, it was very good, most enjoyed their meal, mine was very nice, had the garlic prawns and the seafood bisque, both excellent choices, very large servings. Two of the group had the fish as a main and both thought it was over cooked and a bit dry. Service was attentive, and a nice restaurant overall.

Seafood chowder was delicious. I wasn’t overly impressed with my main but hubby enjoyed the same main. Lovely friendly service

The 2 course special on the promotion board out front, is not available Saturday nights. Why have it as a promotion on a day that its not available. I went next door and had one of the best meals ever
