On the pricey side but delicious fresh seafood and great service. It is to be noted that the bathroom is not easily accessible.

There was a table of 8 girls with loud voices which was quite unpleasant. I think the prices are Sydney prices which are a bit high for a small resort town in off season

My wife and I were away at Port Stephen’s for a weekend getaway. On our first night, we looked for a quality restaurant at reasonable price and found Sandpipers. We were not disappointed; in fact our dinner exceeded our expectations. My wife enjoyed the seafood tasting plate and I had the sirloin and prawn dish. Both dishes were crafted with care and evidently top ingredients. Would highly recommend Sandpipers.

Food is always good. The duck spring rolls, salt and pepper squid and prawn linguini are favourites. Food is fresh and delicious.

One minor issue - it got it bit warm inside the restaurant as it fills up with customers.

Ordered seafood chowder - OK to good & steak which was not cooked properly and arrived with baked potatoes and veg although we had asked for chips and salad! At approx. 7.00 pm they had run out of creme caramel. They could do with more professional personnel

Restaurant staff was too busy but we were not fussed as we wanted to support local business

This is a small restaurant that does it just right. In my opinion a slight step above casual. It was a pleasure to see young families as well as couples enjoying a good restaurant meal. The staff are friendly and capable. The menu is a good range without being ridiculous. Despite being quite busy the food was timely and service attentive.
