Both the Splash a la carte menu and the famous set menus take inspiration from Spain and the rest of the Mediterranean, meaning every little plate is fresh, bold and relatively healthy to boot. You’ll find Splash Tapas Bar within the Cote D’Azur Building at Peryman Square, just 50 metres from North Cronulla beach making it an absolute gem for whatever your casual occasion might be. Given all of this, Splash is extremely popular in this part of Sydney – be sure to reserve your table in advance.

The setup at Splash Tapas Bar Cronulla is simple yet stylish. It’s a spot that lets the food do all of the talking, which is just as well, because the food is excellent. The set menus we mentioned are available for a minimum of two people, costing either $28 per person or $38, depending on how hungry you are. Each feature classic Spanish tapas like chorizo, calamari, meatballs, you name it, but vegetarian and gluten-free options are available as well. All of this, right by North Cronulla beach, what could be better?

Should you fancy filling your table with tapas of your own choosing, fear not. The main tapas menu at Splash Tapas Bar offers plenty you’ll want to try. We’re particular fans of the polenta crusted prawns with cauliflower puree, zucchini and cos hearts; the chargrilled harissa chicken with couscous, preserved lemon, dates and a pomegranate dressing; as well as the patatas bravas with confit garlic, paprika and cumin salt.
