Squires Loft - Nunawading

The food was awesome. All six of us got exactly what we ordered and the steaks were all cooked to perfection from rare to medium well done. The entree which we all shared 2 - the sausage and the trio of dips was a great size and very enjoyable. We didn't have dessert as we had birthday cake, which I might add we were not charged 'cakeage'. The restaurant was a bit noisy making it hard for an older member of our party to hear what was being said. Other than that it was a very enjoyable dinner and we all left feeling satisfied and certainly not hungry

Steak was excellent. Service was OK. There was a mix-up at the end where thet were chasing us to leave when we hadn't even received a drink that we ordered earlier. In the end we left without it and they deducted the amount off the bill.

Nice cosy feel with adequate lighting, food was higher in price then your average pub but all meals were very nice and decent sized.

Great first time. Our waitors/ greeter were relaxed, friendly, & natural. They offered suggestions which were helpful & if they didn't know, they found the answer promptly. But their friendliness and genuinely wanting to make our visit a good one really stood out. We spoke with at least 4 waiting staff who all made us feel welcome. The steaks (750g TBone and 300g Porterhouse) didn't disappoint, either. We'll be back. Thanx & please look after your staff-they are keepers!

Great experience. Except my favourite on the menu tuna skewers haven’t been available the last couple of times I’ve been there for lunch

Squires Loft has never disappointed me. Their steaks are divine, and there is an amazing range of wines to try. The service was exceptional and what I particularly like is that it doesn’t seem put on. The workers genuinely seem happy and are more than happy to talk with a chatterbox like me. Really great place and one that I should go to more often.

Expensive! Coleslaw overly creamy so barely touched! Steaks well cooked. Pork spare ribs were melt in the mouth but the sauce they were cooked in was not great! Greek salad had no lettuce in it! Roast potato was over cooked! Staff were great!

There was the right amount of variety of food for everyone. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive.

There’re 9 of us. The steak, pork ribs & beef ribs are all good on the inside, except that ALL of them came with very darkened burnt & charred exterior. There were just way too much burnt & charred parts on the meat.

This my was second visit last week and whilst the Steaks are always nice but it’s the little things like the Gravy - it’s never hot enough

Food was good apart from baked potato that was half cooked. Was told the Chef apologised but no replacement or discount.
