SSAM Korean BBQ & Mini Hotpot

It was busy and food came out slow so eating into our 90 minutes sitting time. I can sense we were rushed out when our 90 mins are up. So I guess if you put limited seating time, make sure your food came out quick.

Customer care was good but may be when it’s a large group of ten and kids 1.5 hours of dining time is not enough we had to rush it, even though the food was good, we did not enjoy the experience due to lack of time

Superb food, excellent service. Pretty noisy though, had trouble hearing my partner over the noise but we were there on a Friday night so maybe different during the week. Overall highly recommend.

We were just a wisker late, due mostly to underestimating the Vic Park Fri night scene, the staff were really cool about it. Very friendly, helpful with meal selection, cooking tips and of course the food was rippa !! Such a good fun way to enjoy dinner with my lads. Thanks SSAM team.

We had a great time at Ssam Korean restaurant, staff were very friendly n helpful. Very good vibe 😃 knowing that it's real authentic food. Staff were very helpful n food was really delicious. We had the hotpot.. so yummy. A variety of food choices to choose from . Seafood fried rice were so delicious.. will go back again 5 star rating✨✨✨

Staff were very knowledgeable about what choices to make from the menu, prompt friendly service. Didn’t have to wait long before our dishes came out so we could begin cooking. Food portions were perfect. Left feeling full but not bloated. Highly recommend.

We enjoy the food, the Bibimbap and friend chicken. Our favourites is the BBQ. However, we didn't enjoy the Bulgogi Jeongol that much as we find there is too much onions. Other than that, we have a good time. Thanks.

My husband and I really enjoyed the fried chicken and marinated set. We look forward to coming back and trying more dishes from the menu.

My friends and I had a lot of fun. The food was great we went with platter options and 3 really filled 6 of us up. Staff were really friendly even when I hadn't kept my behaviour in check.

Really enjoy the food at SSAM. Good quality meats for KBBQ. Their hot foods are good too. Quick and friendly service. Their barbeque ventilation is really good too there’s not much smoke from grilling and you don’t end up as sticky or smelly 😋. The restaurant is also kept quite clean and tidy. Workers seem happy boss seems nice 👍
