On a scorching hot day, the A/C was working very poorly (I actually asked if it was on!); it was no cooler inside than out and we had been looking forward to the relief, so that was a disappointment. The waitress had one of the glasses of my margarita sampler sitting crooked in the holder and some of it spilled on the table. Although she said, "Oh sorry, I'll get you another one," all she did was put napkins under the spill - nothing else. Just left the napkins there. The food was okay, except for one serve of the frijoles, which tasted a bit off. It was a lackluster experience.
Food was good but seemed to take a while to come out. Service ok. Plenty of room to spread out. Children friendly. Could do with better parking.
Taco Bill Blackburn states it has superb service-but it actually has anything but superb service! We had about 5 different waiters over the course of the evening-just anyone who would come over to our table. Once we sat down we had zero customer service. We had to summon over a waiter each time separetely for the following: for water, glasses, to order, then when our friends arrived again for those things for them. They brought out the meals and one Enchilada grande was missing (although my husband double checked with the waitress that she had ordered x2 enchilda grande). The nina nacho's were so tiny that we had to order another 2 lots of them and some rice. Ice cream was ordered for all 4 kids but only 3 serves came out; again we had to remind them that one was missing. This was not a one off experience for this restaurant either. We have been off and on for the past few years since it opended in Blackburn and our experience is always the same-for service I would score them a "0" each time. We went back this time because it was a convenient location to catch the train into the new years eve fireworks, but we will never go back there again. I gave them a score of 3 because my salad was nice enough and my friends enjoyed their fajitas.
Good service and enjoyed a great variety of food. Kids meals were reasonably priced & good size. Good experience for first visit. Will go back.
