Hopeless service. Waited twenty minutes for water and the complimentary corn chips and salsa. They mixed our order up and brought our mains out at the same time as our nachos. The nachos were on a bed of frijoles. We actually ordered the frijoles as a side. Will never go there again.

So it was okay, but I will defs be going back to the Altona North Taco bill as it is more fun! I had a free meal on my birthday in which I couldn't claim because no main meal was bought and I also could not drink my champaign (another free gift) until after I had left because it was a 'take away' gift. So I was left not eating or drinking because I had no money to afford anything, and the emails did not claim that I had to purchase more food or that the gift was take away- especially since I've had the free meal with no hassles at a different taco bill before. The service was alright, yet confusing

We had a gReat meal, and the city location was very convenient to our accomodation on Collins St. The Mango Margaritas were especially welocome. :)

I had visited this restaurant a couple of years ago and had a pleasant time and good meal but this time around the service was not particularly friendly and the food was pretty disappointing and pretty poor value. Food items were akin to supermarket-bought-home-made quality Mexican, not a great experience I'm afraid! Plus when finishing our meal and wanting to split our bill (indicated on a sign by the restaurant at the counter that this was fine as long as it was for three people or less) the employee said no simply because the table standing in front of us had been a challenge when it came to splitting theirs. I sympathise with the frustration of dealing with that particular table but we were not them, and only two people. The lack of consistency and visible attitude left us feeling a bit flat.

We had an event at Etihad stadium which started at 7pm. We booked the restaurant for 5pm. We had great service and yummy food (as usual). Not too rushed but out in plenty of time for the Etihad event. Thanks Taco Bills.

Service was very speedy and food was delicious - exceptional. My party of three absolutely enjoyed all aspects of our dine in expericence and would definetely go back again.
