The food was tasty, however we had a booking for 1pm. The food took 45 minutes to come out, and it didn't come out at the same time. Once the food did eventually arrive at our table (and the robot spilled our soup), we were told we had 9 minutes to eat before closing. The staff need to do better. Such a shame!

Nice hippo dessert but rather avg food. Tempura was soggy.

This place is exceptionally great in everything, the service, the food, presentation, convenience and atmosphere. I absolutely love the people who work there and amazing food they create. Pity I live so far away, otherwise I would be there every week!!!!!!

I loved not having to queue for amazing food at this restaurant

Food beautifully presented but miso was not hot and prawn tempura wasn’t crisp and lacked flavour. Was surprised to be advised when we arrived that our table had to be vacated in an hour. Also had to ask staff to clear table of dishes when dessert was arrived. Great potential but improvement required.

We booked for 6 pm but was able to get a table when we arrived at 5.15 - so was grateful. Food is delicious as usual. Husband's favourite is the Curry Katsu with multi-grain rice and added an omelette that was a must. We had multi-grain rice previously but we when we had the rice on that night it was too hard - almost feels like it's not freshly cooked rice but left over rice.

The food was generously portioned for its price and the quality was good. There is no service at a restaurant that I expected service at, since you scan and pay for your meal and the food is delivered by robots. The robots were a bit temperamental and some of our soup spilled out, and it would've been nicer if we interacted with a staff who brought it out instead. Overall we weren't disappointed and I would go again but wouldn't meed to rush back.

Improved food quality and combo however would be more customer friendly if made 75-90mins of dining time limit. 60mins plus ordering and waiting time is not enough

Our first time to dine at this place in August and they had the promotion of adding $1 for a drink when you choose from a selected menu. Great offer. We really enjoyed the overall dining experience at this place. Parfait was the bomb.

This is our second time to this restaurant because we really enjoyed the dining experience from the first time. However this time wasn't as great as the first experience. We booked a table for 3 people but arrived early, they informed us to wait outside until a table becomes available - that is fine. However, they let 2 X 2 guests in before us - actually they could have combined the 2 X 2 seats to make it a table for the 3 of us, but they just took the easy step and let the guests who arrived after us without booking to take the table. Also to note, it felt like 8C last night at 5:45 pm. I suggest the management to improve on this kind of things.
