Terranova on the Grange

It was our first time dining at Terranova. The food, the service and the view were exceptional.

Food was amazing . staff are very friendly always a good time.

Beautiful and tasty food. Service was a bit slow in checking us if we need refills of drink, otherwise we enjoy the atmosphere, able to hold a conversation without too much noise. Thanks for the beautiful evening.

Our first time dining at Terranova on the grange and we were very impressed. Our party of 4 all loved our meals which included garlic bread, calamari, barramundi and lasagna with mixed gelato and cream brulee for desert. The staff were lovely and very efficient. We really enjoyed the whole experience and will be back again to try some other dishes soon.

The service was great, food fantastic. The seafood platter for one was amazing.

It's a lovely family business with the best pizzas in town.

we loved both food and the service. Everything was great.

The Service after the food was served was non existent. It was the small things that were missing eg. part of our meal was pasta dishes, we were not offered cracked pepper or Parmesan. No one asked if we wanted more drinks. We understood that they also function there and the manager did apologise for the load drums. This lasted for a little over five minutes where we could not hear each other.

The venue was lovely and the food delicious. The staff were curtious and efficient and very pleasamt

Service was okay, should have had more people on for Mothers day as it was hard to get any waiters attention due to the sheer amount of people dining for lunch. It took a long time for someone to take our order, then also a very long time to get the meals. Food was good, I would say 4/5 with the quality. Only thing I didn't like was i was told I couldn't get my Food in a takeaway box, the girl said it's a thing for today only. I barely ate my pasta so that was very disappointing. They also said for today only that there was no split bills, but another thing I was called a week before the booking to pay a $250 deposit, which is fine i paid it. But at the end they had no idea that I had paid this deposit, the lady had to go into her system to check. It was there, I just found that a bit unprofessional. I just think with more staff, the experience would have been better as we would have been better catered to.

Apologies as a restuarant owner but the manangement could have done a better a job. Reservation made 4 Days ago and was walked in by the host to table which was dirty and wet.10 minutes later we had ask the staff to clean it and give us the menu. Kids menu was good but my 3 year old had to use his fingers to feed and make a mess because they dint have kids cutleries. 20 minutes leter we had to ask the staff to get us water for the table. Only great thing about this High end place is the Responsvie ground staff who did a great job accomodating us but unfortunately they were more reactive than proactive. Not worth the hype or Hefty price. We could have spent $200 for Cicco Zetland with the toll and still got a good deal.

Starters were nice however the seafood platters were very disappointing. The ‘cold’ seafood was room temperature and cooked hot food was chewy and had little flavor. Have been previously and always enjoyed the platters so this has been a let down.

Food and service were great. Parking is a CB pleasure.

Meals and service was great, would eat again when in town

The staff were amazing looking after us from the moment we arrived until we left. Unfortunately there was an incident caused by guests at a wedding reception and the Terranova ensured we were ok and safe. We will definitely be back for a more relaxed night out to enjoy the delicious food.

I had a very disappointing experience at Terranova on The Grange on Valentine's Day. We had a reservation for 6pm and arrived promptly at 5:50pm. After being directed by the usher to table 39, we arrived to find that the table was already occupied. We then had to wait for quite a while to be redirected to another table. Once seated, we weren't offered any drinks or table water, which was frustrating. We gave the restaurant 30 minutes (understanding it was a busy night) hoping someone would at least take our drink orders, but no one arrived. To make matters worse, other tables who had arrived after us were being tended to. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and we left feeling very dissatisfied. Not the Valentine's Day experience we had hoped for.

Great food, attentive staff but had to walk all around an active function to access the restaurant via a back door

experience was ok. nice view. food was average. very weird that we couldent order garlic pizza even if there was a huge pizza oven at the entrance. also, we asked for entres to be brought in with the mains, did not happen.

We felt very rushed, the main meals came out about 5 minutes after the entrees so there was no break in between to digest the first course. The steak was over cooked. No wait staff came to see if everything was ok with our meals and at no point after we finished we were offered dessert or coffee. Whilst the food was ok I didn’t enjoy our dining experience

Service was terrible. After we were seated, it was 40 mins before they took our order and that was after we drew attention of the waiter. We asked 4 times for water and when we finally got our drinks had to ask again for water. The seafood platter was very nice but again, had to ask for crab crackers and shell bowl. After we finished,we asked for the dessert menu twice then were left for another 20 minutes, so we skipped it. I realise Valentine’s Day is busy but wait staff maybe need sections they look after rather than the whole restaurant so people can get served more efficiently

Service wasn’t great at all the boss there was rude to the staff in front of people and to the people, we didn’t get a drink until we almost finished our mains not a water or anything we asked four times, if they can’t organise good service for Valentine’s Day I really think they would struggle with a wedding, At the end the bill had all the added drinks we asked for but didn’t even get the food was definitely prepared a while ago.

We sat at the window seat overlooking the golf course it amazing! The lady that served us was wonderfull and the staff were very attentive. We did not wait long at all for the food and starters were very delicious and the highlight of our night!! Wonderful compliments to the chef!! The only thing that we really wanted to highlight as feed back is the mains, I got the salmon and my partner got the rib eye. The salmon was not seasoned nor did it have any sauce to compliment and was a bit dry and over cooked even a lemon wedge with a fresh salad would’ve been really nice my plate looked quite sad, my partners steak was not seasoned either and the meat abit tough and would’ve been nice with a refreshing salad as well. We do understand that it was a busy night we still had an amazing experience and left quite satisfied with everything else xx

Was really nice service was good scenery was good. I just thought the mains chicken m beef could have had some greenery on it like beans or some broccoli just to dress it up a little
