Had a lovely dinner catch up with a group of 8 ladies. Service was attentive and not pushy, food is delicious and very reasonably priced. We ordered 2 portions of 5 items to be shared between us. Started off with chicken satay sticks - the peanut sauce was nice, papaya salad is refreshing, stir fried pork belly with Kai Lan was outstanding, Chef’s special fried barramundi fillets with tamarind sauce was nice but a bit fishy for me. The highlight of the dinner was definitely the mango sticky rice (La Dan flavoured) the mango was a bit sour cause not in season yet. Would definitely come back just to eat their mango sticky rice :) Total came to $290 everyone was happy!

We had the massaman lamb shank. It was very disappointing as it was so tough it was not really edible. The offered us a $10 discount. Not going back in a hurry

It’s always our family fav restaurant.. the massamam beef and lambshank is so good. Even the chilli mussles and porkbelly kailan is amazing

Love this place we went before a movie and had a great meal starting with Pad Thai with prawns rice etc and a lovely steamed barramundi cooked in garlic ginger and chilli it was all amazing both dish A1 Served with a smile cooked perfectly and served very quickly Value for money wise it was great and the quality was great really good Terrific atmosphere it’s really worth trying people Cheers TC

A last minute decision to dine out before seeing a movie worked a treat. Arrived just prior to our booking time, it was busy, only waited a few minutes before being taken to our window table. I let staff know when we were ready & our Entree order was taken within minutes & delicious food was served in a matter of no time which was impressive given the amount of diners there, a good indication of a restaurant that has earnt a solid reputation. Great experience, Great food, Will be back!

The whole experience at Thai Junction was great. It is our ' go to ' place when we want some tasty Thai food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service was great. My only issue is it can be very noisy so it can be difficult to have a conversation with your friends. This can also be seen as a positive as so many people are enjoying themselves over great food. Well worth a visit.

Very busy place with a very mean Asian auntie manager. Food not bad.

We always come here when we feel like having Thai food. We order a variety of dishes to share and they come out reasonably quickly. Particularly love the Prawn Pad Thai, Pineapple Fried Rice, Beef Massaman Curry and Chilli Mussels.

We had excellent service from the wait staff who came back twice to check if everything was alright. It didn’t take too long for the three mains to arrive. The restaurant was extremely noisy between 7.30-8.30 pm.

Small and cosy Thai place in the bustling Southlands area. Food and service was reasonably fast during Saturday dinner time. We had pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, chicken cashew nut, papaya salad and Tom yum. All were above average with generous portions. Lady boss seemed a bit rude which would be apt for other authentic Asian places but not Thai. Overall a pleasant and good for value meal.
