Terrrible food, no service and lousy wine selection …not going back!

No one to greet and find our booked table, had to search ourselves. Food was poor, staff probably should find another job as it seemed like they weren't very happy. The only thing that saved the day was the view.

Overall the experience was good, however the chairs in the dining area were uncomfortable and too low for the table. We moved inside to a quieter area near the bar and the stools and side benches were too high. Food was good and fairly priced.

Staff were great and room was beautiful with great views.

From the minute we walked in, we were made feel very welcome. Staff very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Enjoyed all the facilities, especially pool and spa. Both meals were delicious. Loved the fact we didn’t have to leave the hotel. Able to enjoy a beer bowl n tap with our wings and pizza while enjoying awesome view. Had the best nights sleep, mattress just right and linen felt luxurious. The buffet breakfast was to die for, the lady chef was amazing, on her own in minutes she had our eggs cooked to perfection, nothing too much trouble. This lady deserves a medal how she was producing meal after meal, made it look so easy. Will certainly be recommending this hotel to family and friends, could be the perfect venue for our family reunion. Thankyou for making our short stay such a happy experience

Great time with friends with good environment at food/drinks for a Friday night as usual

We waited 1 hr 5 mins for the food to come without Jen told there would be a lengthy wait . And then the food came and two of the three dishes we ordered were cold . Very disappointing !

Great venue, excellent service from every member of staff, who looked after us and took care of our every need. Most accommodating, courteous and happy smiling faces. It was a pleasure. The food was delicious and as we were a group of 12 the kitchen had all our meals ready at the same time. Definitely would recommend the Beachdomber. We will be coming back in the near future. 10/10 👍👏

We went there for a dinner as it was my wife's birthday. We loved the ambiance and the vegetarian food is delicious. The staff was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also, Casey you made our day. We look forward to coming back.

wasn't good at all on October 2021. seems to of got a little better in 2022

too loud for a 530pm slot, music speaker shouldn't be in the dining room. I couldn't even hear opposite my table. we left due to not being able to chat over dinner

It was okay for what it was. It was my first time there, I've hold off going because of it's past. It does still seem aggressive especially when you're eating and the music is blaring. I think I will visit during the day when it's quiter and less people.

Food was a bit small, though more expensive than nearby similar places. Drink (dry ginger ale) had very little taste.

Love the vibe of this place, relaxed setting by the water, great food, plenty of choice and to top it off cocktails & dreams.

Location & ambiance was amazing, but the food was average & staff need more training & need to be more attentive to customers.

Friday night great atmosphere and food was amazing and generous serves. Ate there again Saturday night with no booking but big thank you to Bree and Tina for organising us a table as we were staying there. Sat night very busy and loud couldn’t hear ourselves talk but food was amazing again and staff helpful and friendly.

We had a great time....between the beautiful sunset, the food and the overall ambience it was a really good experience and the decor is amazing

Although the new decor, view and outdoor area is an absolute delight, there are a few things that require improving. Firstly the construction noise was extremely loud and unacceptable (should not be going on during food service), staff were seating customers at the end where the loud nail guns etc where being used without realising how bad it was. Secondly, the very large serving of fish and chips needs a salad as there is far too much deep fried food on the plate. Some specials would be good to offer variety. So if you are heading there, maybe wait until the construction is complete. And I would suggest a menu review ASAP. Also the new outdoor lounges are very dirty and unusable, need cleaning.

We thought the place was amazing.very clean and open.table service excellent.atmosphere excellent.greetings excellent.bar service excellent.We didn’t really enjoy our food.we had seafood basket,batter too thick and oily.Tempura batter would have been nicer.It was nice and hot but not that satisfying meal.Thank you Glenda and Mick Gallaway.

My husband and our guest ordered the seafood basket. The potato scallops were rather small and the batter was thick and greasy. the house Guac was brilliant but the crackers that came with it were not the best. And our entrees came out with the mains, strange. We went on a Tuesday night and there were three other couples in the whole place.

The food was great and not long wait. The service was excellent.
