Always a good time and feed. Good value and the staff are super friendly.

I had a booking on the rooftop at 19:30. I was hoping on the outside I would have been in a quieter area away from the DJ, but I think another group took my table and hid the reservation sign. The space that was given was a bit noisy and not really equipped for 15 people- we had to ask the team to move some people away (which they did). The food was incredible- I had ordered one of their rooftop platters which was divine. The only problem was they couldn't offer me a takeaway container for some of the leftovers which was poor considering what I paid for the platter. We wound up offering food to other patrons so it wouldn't go to waste. I'd still come back but was left a bit disappointed on this visit.

We had a great night. Great food outside on the rooftop and great music to dance to downstairs. Lots of fun had by all. We will definitely come back.

Great spot in a convenient location. The rooftop is beautiful. Tasty food and cocktails. Despite being very busy, the service was excellent. We will be back

I had booked a table of 10 and specifically asked to be seated indoors. My group arrived to find that we were in fact not seated inside, but were outside on two small round tables. How we were supposed to fit 10 people was beyond comprehension. Luckily there was a dirty table inside that had just been vacated, so we removed glasses and dishes from and sat down there. The ordering process took up to 15-20 minutes of standing in line. Then we waited another 45 minutes for our food. Two lamb salads came out fairly quickly, which was great - but the two people with those salads had to eat in front of the other eight people for another 30-35 minutes while they waited for theirs. Will never come back again.

Upstairs bar only had 2 bartenders; Queue at the bar was quite long and approx. 15 mins wait. The food was delicious however we had to wait approx. 50mins for our food arrive at the table.

Great experience. Nice and clean, food didnt take long and was excellent!! Especially as we didnt realise that there were specials as well! Would recommend for lunch anytime

Booked a table on the top level but when we got there, they hadn't reserved a table for us. The whole place smelt like cigarettes because the door to the smoking area remained open, despite us closing it on a few occasions. We could only stay for 20 minutes because of the smell. The music was also so loud at 5pm that we couldn't hear each other talk. Would not got back!

Had the crispy chicken burger, was delicious. The service was welcoming and very friendly. We definitely enjoyed our lunch at Bristol Arms and will be back again soon.

Very well organised considering how popular the venue is. They manage to get your order delivered within a short period of time. Rooftop is very popular, especially if you love the sun!

Food was great, typical pub food. Service was a little slow considering we booked and they knew we would be there as a large group at that time. I realised afterwards that they charged me twice for my drink though which is annoying.

Good stuff all around, great atmosphere, food is very on par! The burger flipped up my mood and sorted me out like a puppy! Sort it out guys!

Friday lunch time is very busy and we waited over an hour for food. The staff were very nice when we asked about it and the cheeseburger was delicious
