From Baja California on the far north-west border with the USA to the Chiapas jungles that touch up against Guatemala, the country is as diverse as any, and the cuisine is one of the finest reflections of this. While getting to Mexico City or Monterrey might not be immediately possible, with you’re in Queensland, then The Burrito Bar is the place for you to get your fix. They have locations all over Brisbane, and in Hamilton, heading out towards Brisbane Airport, you can find them on Hercules Street.
