Had 4 minutes to eat after waiting over an hour for the meal

We were seated straight away, the staff efficient, the food came out really quickly and was most enjoyable. I highly recommend Groove Train Waurn Ponds

Simple and easy to book Food was delicious and appealing and the service was fast and lovely. Would go there again. Lots of variety on menu.

Great Experiance this time round the food was cooked very well and they offered you drinks lots of times as well. Very happy with the experience.

Best pizza I have had in a long time. Very tasty and they adjusted my order to suit. Service was great, the girls bent over backwards to cater to my fussy needs.

Great food, quick service. Only fault was hard to get waitress to order more drinks. Would have had more drinks if we could order. Other wise brilliant night.

It wasnt too busy and wasnt too loud. We got to choose between two tables. A drink got mixed up, but they fixed it straight away. It was overall a nice time.

Good food and enthusiastic staff. Happy place with lots of patrons. Good seating arrangements, for various occasions. Also, outdoor seating. Free Parking available. Next to movie theater. Overall good dining place.

Meals were quick out and delicious and a very decent size. Staff were great and friendly. Highly recommend and will be going back again soon.

Unfortunately service let us down. It was 45 minutes after we were seated before meal orders were taken (we had been offered drinks prior). Table was cleared but no offer any further drinks, dessert or coffee came until much later and definitely seemed to be an afterthought as staff were clearly packing up the restaurant. I have been here before and had good service so I hope the not great service tonight is an exception.

We received prompt service when we first arrived and were shown to our table. When we received our meals around 30 minutes later the meals we nice and hot and there was plenty of it. A waiver asked us how our meals were about half way through. Overall an excellent experience and will be back again soon.

Very limited menu choices for vegetarian and GF which was for one member of the family out of 5. Other family members enjoyed their meals though and were served promptly.

good food and service. But don't sit in the box near the entrance. its smells of kitchen and gets cold due due draft from the entrance. staff are knowledgeable and really helpful.

The meal was well presented and the food tasted great. Staff were more than helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make the evening great. Even gave my wife a free slice of cake for my birthday. Will be back highly recommended.

WE found it a bit breezy where we sat against the big doors facing the road. the food was very good. the service we found was great.

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner and we were pleased with customer service. The staff were polite and respectful which contributed to a very good overall dining experience.

Unfortunately the steak didn't come with vegetables, just potatoes and was a bit overcooked. Expected a full plate of vegetables or salad with this meal. Staff were very efficient and helpful but it was busy and the noise level was very high.

Our booked table was given away to someone else, we were a bit late (20mins) because the movie went longer than expected, we did not receive a phone call to confirm whether we were coming or not. The pizzas were expensive for what they were. Very noisy and difficult to have a conversation.

I have always been happy with the service, menu and food at The Groove Train , Waurn Ponds and our last visit was no exception. For some reason they hadn`t received the electronic booking through Quandoo but still managed to find us a table and get us seated quickly after I showed them the confirmation email. There was no fuss, just an apology and then a great meal. Happy to recommend and thanks again.

Our breakfast was beautiful, had a great atmosphere, kids choices were plentiful and menu was extensive not just for breakfast but for lunch and dinner as well :)

pancakes at very filling, staff were very welcoming and service was fast and efficient. we will return for our next staff meeting as it is quiet

There were so many delicious options on the menu, the tough part was deciding what to try. Well presented, generous portions were quickly delivered and enjoyed. Noisy atmosphere, but still enjoyable. Will definitely be back again!

Both the food and the service was great especially on a day like Mother's Day and being large group and nothing was missed or too hard. Thanks for a great meal

It is Good for large groups of people because they have the space, the menu has something to suit everyone and they can split bills

Went here for my mother's birthday lunch. Even as a fussy eater managed to find something for her. Food was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back.

4 of us enjoyed 4 different meals; lamb souvlaki, porterhouse, and 2 pizzas. All were great, and large serves. Just a shame we couldn't fit in dessert!

Our experience was pleasant. There were way too many wedges in the starter for one person,but they were delicious and my husband enjoyed his pizza unfortunately he asked what size the pizzas were and the waitress answered 8 slices instead of indicating bread and butter plate size or dinner plate size. Otherwise the service was good but the metal chairs are very uncomfortable and I ended up sharing the very comfortable bench with my husband.

The young girl who served us was friendly and fantastic. Our meals took too long to come out to us but the food was delicious

Great food, very filling meals, great customer service. Drinks did come out a bit late however.. will go back again with friends soon. Easy to access and plenty of parking

The food was very good. We had the pumpkin gnocchi and calamari Thai salad so yum! Didn't take long for meals To come out! Good service!

Yummy food & great service. We were on a time restraint (heading to the movies) and they were mindful of that. Eggplant chips were the best!

Awesome restaurant!! Great staff and service. Highly recommended. They were amazing with our large family group. Meals were delicious and came out in a very good time frame.

The food was fine. We felt very rushed by the wait staff. We had to tell the waitress twice to give us more time to choose our food. It was hard to sit back relax and enjoy the food.

Was busy on the saturday. Took a bit of time to get service but they were good once we did get attended to. I will return.

The food was okay but the price of the food is too expensive and the portion size was too big, you could half the portions and make the price cheaper

Booking was easy, service very good and waitress very nice. Meals for the most part were very good. Children's menu had good variety, nice change from the usual nuggets and chips. Would go back again.
