The Port Darling Harbour is easily one of Sydney’s coolest places. With a million dollar waterfront views of the iconic Darling Harbour foreshore, The Port is relaxing, chic and as stylish as it gets. There’s definitely a European summer vibe happening here, which we can definitely get behind and you’ll find waterfront dining areas and cabanas that are perfect for whiling the afternoon away in that breezy Sydney weather. The Port Darling Harbour menu is carefully curated and designed to showcase the best of Australian cuisine and produce and the drinks menu boasts signature cocktails and an extensive range of wine. One of the most instagrammable places in Sydney, a reservation at The Port is highly recommended. Located on Darling Drive, this is one dining experience you won’t be forgetting!

Gorgeous setting overlooking Darling Harbour we enjoyed great food & excellent service.
Food was pretty mediocre, seating was pretty lame but service was nice.
Liked the venue and the view. Service was very good. A few more options on the value meals would be good.
We mentioned above that The Port Darling Harbour menu is one of the most enticing we’ve seen in Sydney. So let’s delve a little bit deeper into what you can expect from this Darling Drive restaurant and bar. As far as drinks go, you’ll want to make sure you don’t drive because the cocktails here are very tempting indeed. Some of our favourite tipples to sip include The Port Frozé made with rosé, St Germain liqueur and strawberry syrup; blood orange mojito with lime and mint or the passion fruit margarita made with Don Julio Blanco. Feeling tempted yet?
Then, when it comes to the food menu, you should get excited. Start things off with a serving of the three-cheese stuffed zucchini blossoms and the cold seafood platter brimming with prawns, oysters, Balmain bugs, cured salmon and octopus… matched with a crisp Chardonnay for good measure of course. Then, pizza fans should keep an eye out for the slow-cooked lamb option topped with pumpkin, onion and walnut-feta crumble. We also can’t get enough of the seared scallop risotto; lemon-thyme lamb cutlets and the whole roasted snapper for two served with potatoes and salad. The Port Darling Harbour is Australian cuisine heaven and one of Sydney’s best, so book a table and treat yourself. You won’t be disappointed!
