Lovely lunch, waited a little to long for a child’s ice cream to come out, a suggestion a smaller serve of icecream and a slightly lower value $3,

The Wild Goose restaurant and winery is a beautiful place to visit and eat. The atmosphere is wonderful. You can walk around the property and enjoy the sceneries. Unfortunately, the waiters were not dedicated to their patrons. I hope that the service is different for lunch or diner.

Table service would be nice and a lean toward a fine dining menu would compliment what is truly a beautiful establishment.

Great food and staff but no atmosphere, felt like a big empty space. Needs some vases with greenery on the table and as it is a winery maybe open the front room for wine tastings. The soap factory has great products and there were 15 people in there and the lady behind the counter didnt acknowledged anyone.

Lovely place to visit for breakfast or lunch. Plenty to see and kids have a large area to play in.

Good food and nice wine in a beautiful building. Some trainee staff could do with more training and better supervision

This is second time our visit, as first time is accidentally found the spot and just walk in . They only took reservation at that time. So thank you Quandoo to make the reservation more easier and accessible to this premium nice restaurant!👍👍

The building was beautiful, really loved the architecture and the food was good but not perfect. My biggest complaint was the staff and the system that they had going on. When walking in, we were confused as to where we were suppose to wait to be seated as there was a few different entry points and there was just people and staff all over the place. We waited for a while until a staff member asked if we needed help so we gave them out reservation name and even then the staff looked confused and didn’t really know what they were doing. Eventually we were seated upstairs but was not told if someone would take our order or if we had to go down and order ourselves. When we figured out that we were to order ourselves, there were two massive lines at the bar and it was unclear where we were suppose to go. While waiting in line, there was staff members carrying stuff through where people were standing and the line also moved very slowly. Our food did come out nice and quick but when they bought our food up, we then had to go back downstairs because they didn’t supply us with any knives or forks. Very unorganised and not very professional but we did enjoy our meals and the surroundings

Great atmosphere and the staff are amazing. It could do with a bit of a clean up ie cobwebs all up in the roof and toilets. Shane the soap factory and wine dungeon wasn’t open on a Saturday .

Being mothers day it was crazy busy which played a factor in the experience. Our wait staff was a trainee and needing a lot more training. i.e. when to ask if you're done, how to place a plate on the table.
