The Wray Hotel

Had singer close by our table so very hard to hear from our table members other than next to us only. Food was too saucy...chips very ordinary and dry.

We were pleasantly surprised by the service and food here. It was above our expectations.

Took advantage of the seniors offer, 6 ladies monthly meet and we decided to make The Wray our go to dine. Food and wine was good, service very good and atmosphere very pleasant. Looking forward to our next visit.

The food was lovely, however it was way too noisy, so we left after our meal.

Would throughly recomment this restaurant. Will be back again soon.

Food was very nice and great price,s, especially for the seniors. Service was good but wait time for food a little too long considering the restaurant was not overly busy.

The food and service was really good the girls and guys happy to answer all questions and queries with a smile on their faces All at our table of six were pleased with the food and service .

The makeover and food was surprising of great value and quality.

Very little beef in beef salad and seafood basket smaller than expected.

The food was bland. And the place seemed under staffed. It really is our local but we find the food a lot better at the other pubs around.

Love the Wray. Got the table we asked for. Food great. Bubbles was warm, advised staff & got cold replacement straight away.

Excellent food and good footy vibe in the sports bar

The spice bag wasn't as good as expected. Water curry sauce, not much chicken and seasoning not mixed enough. The Guinness was also flat. Last week we came and had the tandoori tenders and steak sandwich which were great.

Meals were underwhelming, especially the prawns on rice cakes. Not sure if we'll return.

Normally enjoy it but singer was way too loud, practically shouting the songs and both my sister and I had the Andy Allan steak sandwich - it was sloppy and fell apart plus the steak was all sinew. I gave up and leafy half of it. Will return to The Wray but this wasn’t the best experience this time around. 😕

Loverly place except hubbys fish was dry . But overall nice lunch.

Had the pork ribs and they were delicious and tender! 10/10

The food was really good ..great sports bar and Bisro.

Great food will be back again, the steak sandwich and the Parmigiana were good and the kids portions were generous and kids eat free Sunday makes it a win 👍🏽

Food was ok without being great. Chips were Luke warm on plate. Nadi goreng was pretty poor. Just average food and wouldn’t go again

Great atmosphere. Nice and clean. Great service! 😊The food was decent, but the burnt grill marks left a bitter, charred taste that was hard to ignore.

Went on the PH Monday. Kitchen was obviously short staffed, but we weren’t in a hurry. They’d run out of Kilkenny and prawns but we chose alternatives without an issue. Food was excellent when it arrived. Staff lovely xx

The senior seafood basket was amazing. Yummy fish, tasty prawns & good squid. The chips were to die for & a great salad. My second visit & both meals were great. All for $20.00. We’ll be back

A good vibe, live music and tasty, well priced food and drinks. Definitely worth the visit and we’ll be returning soon, for sure.

Fish and chips were great. Fantastic that they have snapper for fish and chips instead of Barra, like a lot of other places. Son in law had the Wednesday Burger special and he really enjoyed it. Will def be going back.

Nice place but Food was cold and steak was burnt.

Meal was amazing. We were there on Thursday night so had the surf and turf with the rib eye for $34 and it was amazing! Beers cheap. Service average and it’s very noisy. Chairs are most uncomfortable. Will go again but sit somewhere different next time.

To find a Hotel NOT ripping off OAPs $12 a glass is great ! to get a Glass complimentary , Amazing ! the food , service great , Lisa , & bar manager were most helpfull , $20 for meal & wine Awsome this is our go to in future . Four of us Dined in and all had a very pleasant evening . thank you Wray Hotel .

Food was good and price ok as we had seniors' menu. Bar service could be better and we had some problem with seating.
