The food was, quite simply, superb. I enjoyed the beef rib and pulled pork oh mamma burger and my wife absolutely loved the pork ribs.

Excellent service and delicious food. Paleo options for me and conventional options for hubby. We will definitely go again when we head to Melbourne next.

The best American BBQ in Melbourne. The pork spare ribs were done to perfection and the peanut butter milkshake was just crazy good. Service was excellent too so can't really fault the place. Look forward to going back.

Quick service, good for meat lovers but the salads are generally lacklustre (ordered green salad and potato salad) and perhaps you'd be better off ordering something else (like chips)

Booking was cancelled an hour before I was due to attend as they lost their power and closed for the night. Rebooked with 25% discount offered. Looking forward to attending in 2 weeks time.

Fantastic staff, fantastic atmosphere, and fantastic food. As an American, this was the best American style BBQ I have had in Australia to date. We will be going back.

Food is great, large portion. The ribs were cooked well, although prefer to have it more tender. The restaurant environment was great. It wasn't too crowded, so we could have a good conversation with the dinner.

Great service and food. Most meals about $30, however the dinosaur ribs are $50. They are amazing served with their special in house sauce and very filling

Great food and service. Very quick too! Nutella milkshake and candied bacon is to die for, and I have never had beef that tender before!

Really enjoyed the Texas Fry Up from the Paleo menu for lunch, with Juicy marinated beef Diverse lunch menu. Comfortable corner seating. The cafe latte was excellent as well.

Food is great and the price is ok. Would be good to have fries incuded in thier burger meals Serivice not so great, i would recommand a bit more training.

I was a bit disappointed with the food from Third Wave. We ordered the pork ribs, naked burger and the lamb. The burger was dry and the bun was hard, the lamb didn't have much flavour, however the pork ribs were delicious. I'm not sure we would go back.

My boyfriend and I loved it here! Service was great and food came out quickly. Also quite reasonably priced. Would definitely go back here in the future!

Really delicious, good food and service!! The ribs are the best in Melbourne and i recommend the candy bacon. Will definitely head back there for the quality of food!
