Tonkin is a friendly cafe with a small menu with many vegan versions of Vietnamese fare, with the option of added meat for the carnivores. Service was excellent.

Really great vegan and vegetarian options. Quaint atmosphere and friendly staff. Can get a little warm but otherwise, lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed our phos and although not super authentic, very close considering the vegan spin to it.
