Wen were there on Saturday at 12.30am. Sashimi was fresh, gyu tataki can be more raw but great experience all round

I have been a few times since it opened and I have always liked the food and ambience. On this occasion our order was very slow to appear and I think it had been lost for a while. Once the first item appeared all was well.

This is our second visit and I’ve marked down the service and timing on this survey because both visits they’ve messed up the timing of our dishes. Not bringing the entree first and main dishes next, even though we were very clear when ordering, is always very annoying. The bowl of steamed rice (for the main) was put on the table even before our entrees arrived so I had to send that back. My main then arrived seconds after our two entrees, before we’d even started the entrees so I had to send that back as well to keep warm. Very annoying! These were the same problems we had about 3 months ago so they’re not learning. But I must say the food is very fresh and good and if they could get their act together on the service and timing this would be an excellent experience.

A little pricey. food good overall but disappointed with udon noodles dish which was supposed to have vegetables. only small piece of broccoli and plethora of onions. yuck
