Great atmosphere, staff nice and friendly, order come so quick, good quality meat, good and nice cut, so enjoy and so full. Completely comeback soon with my family and friend.

The booth wasn't quite big enough for the 7 of us and the hot plate was quite small so it took a while to cook the food, but overall the food was good.

When my meal was delivered, I told the waitress that it was not what I had ordered. She said that the item that I had ordered was no longer on offer, and had no explanation about why it was still on the menu if it had been deleted. I used to go to Wagyu One on a regular basis when I worked in the CBD. I will not be going back.

Food was great but a bit expensive, we had the same kind of BBQ in Sydney all the time and it’s around $70 maximum. Service was excellent and staff are very friendly

Been here many times and always an enjoyable experience despite it sometimes being on the more expensive side.

Wagu One was good. Service was excellent but all the rules, like “ you must finish all the food or will be charged extra per plate “ made the restaurant seem less inviting. I understand food wastage is an issue, perhaps opening the option to take away leftovers would bring more guests in. Also needs more dessert options.

It is waste money to eat 88 dollar buffet. Wagyu tastes like normal beef. The best food is wagyu tongue. Others is rubbish.

The environment is ... too smoky ... And I think the food is also not good. It’s not the same level with Wagyu Ya. So disappointed.

Food & service overall was great, but POOR VENTILATION!! The entire restaurant was filled with BBQ smoke was not a pleasant environment, especially with the price tag we paid for.

The restaurant needs fresh air inside, not just BBQ smoke.

The meat is not as good as what we had before. We ordered wagyu one enjoyment and wagyu shabu shabu. Some of the meat are hard to swallow. Bad experience this time for my birthday
