Angry Tony's at the New Britannia

It’s got a fully stocked bar, a sleek Cleveland Street venue and bucketloads of attitude, and Angry Tony’s at the New Britannia throw in some of inner Sydney’s best value pizza for good measure. It’s a stalwart for University of Sydney students, but anybody around Darlington and Chippendale craving genuine Italian pizza at good prices should head straight to Angry Tony’s – don’t worry, he won’t bite, he’ll just dish out awesome Italian classics (you get a solid margherita here, or of course a fitting Tony pepperoni), some tasty Tony specials (the version with homemade meatballs, roasted capsicum and red onion is pretty awesome), an impressive selection of vegan pizza options, some traditional Italian pastas, light salads and delicious desserts. There’s often a queue at Angry Tony’s at the New Britannia, so if you’re planning a meal with friends or family (or a special occasion) you’ll have to book a table well before you go!
