This was our sixth or seventh visit to Annata wine bar for drinks and dinner. As usual, we enjoyed the intimate wine bar atmosphere at Annata. The dinner menu is always interesting (albeit on the expensive side) and the wine selection is wide and diverse. Annata is seldom noisy. On the whole, you can converse normally without having to shout at each other, which I really like.

Didn't realise Monday night was a set 4 course menu but all 4 were faultless. The highlight of the evening was the sage ice cream . The pork neck with sauerkraut was a close second. Haven't been to Annata for a few years but was very happy to renew the acquaintance. Already looking forward to my next visit

Annata's great, but the Monday evening degustation where they experiment upon you is just brilliant value & it's top-notch food. Asking for a wine pairing to go with the meal is interesting as well as tasty!

Wonderful on every level . It is pricey but likewise the whole experience is first class .food, wine, service and ambience My only sprinkling of constructive comment is that the tables on the bar level were just a little to close to each other. Always feels uncomfortable when you can hear the whole conversation of your very close other diners . But that said . We loved , loved the whole experience

Food and wine was lovely but service was very disjointed and inattentive. Staff did not know what was in their own set menu, 5 courses took almost 2.5hrs to come our with long waits in between.

Innovative food (for me - a fraction over-salted but appreciate this is personal taste) with good service and nice ambience.

The food was amazing! But service was almost 3 hours for the 7-course set menu (without pairing). It was just tooo long.

I can't give Annata I higher review. I've been here twice now and have been blown away with food, drinks and service. The cocktails are out of this world and food well surpasses what you would expect for Crows Nest. It's truely a hidden gem!

Annata was fantastic. We did the 7 course food and matching wines. The food was amazing and the staff were knowledgeable. It’s not a cheap meal, but a great experience for a special occasion.

Lovely food: presentation and taste well we. Portion size is quite small however. Good selection of drinks: given it’s a wine bar restaurant. Tables are close together and gets noisy as the restaurant fills up. Very attentive staff and services.

Our first visit and we had the Short Menu with matching wine. The food, wine and service were superb. A wide selection of wine and some unusual varieties. The only improvement is the Pinot Noir not quite as impressive as the others.

I went in a group of 7 people and from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Despite running 30 mins early (It was a Friday night and all the bars were packed) they welcomed us and got is to our table. In seconds we had sign menus, fresh water and had ordered some (super, super tasty) fries. The cocktails and beers were all excellent and very unique. The food isn't your run of the mill either, it's vibrant, excellent and very generous. Of you go, you have to try the Wagyu and the baked cauliflower. The calamari was also very tasty. Desserts were generous and really very good but let's not forget the wine list and the friendly, knowledgeable sommelier who helped us all night with great wines. This is a must!!

What a wonderful evening! Our waiter, Nicholas, was fantastic; so knowledgeable about the menu, he helped us choose some great wines to go with all of our dishes.
