Food was average,service fair had to wait for cutlery meanwhile food was getting cold

I size of the meals are always good and the only problem is that service is minimal and as I got takeaway as well, the beef pad Thai didn’t have any limes, crushed peanuts and cry little sauce. I eat there often as wish there was a bit more effort put in.

Amazing service, delicious meal and well priced for a group

Disappointing Experience Despite Confirmed Booking I made a reservation for two adults and three children and received two confirmation emails. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told the booking wasn’t confirmed on their end. Despite showing the staff the confirmation emails, they simply said it wasn’t possible to accommodate us and didn’t offer any alternatives or even ask us to wait. It was especially disappointing as we had come with three kids in cold weather, expecting a confirmed booking. The lack of effort to resolve the issue or provide any support made the experience very unpleasant. I hope the restaurant improves its booking system and customer service to avoid similar situations in the future.
