We had a wonderful evening with friends at the Arkibar, Susie knows her wines from around the world and never disappoints with a new wine to try. The food is authentic Italian with a modern twist and always changing special. depending on

Service a little lacking, had to ask for menus and for more parmesan which didn't eventuate.

Excellent authentic Italian food. You can tell they know their stuff, high quality produce, great tasting and quick to cook. Have been a few times. Only detractor (and it's minor) was that they overlooked refilling our water so I had an empty glass all meal.

Our party of 5 had a delicious meal. The specials where fantastic, hard to decide as everything sounded so good. Service was excellent.

We had a big table and were nicely situated at the back. We could all hear each other and the food was great.

Arrival greeting and seating excellent. Help with wine selection (Suezy) excellent Food was good. however not a lot of attention after that, had to ‘look out’ a few times for service. Overall a nice lunch Thank you Patricia

The food is true authentic italian and seasonal. Great wine list and great range of dishes to choose from. Very underated establishment. Strongly recommend Arkibar to any food liver. Reasonably priced is just a bonus.

Our food was (and always is at Arkibar) yummy, fresh, and more interesting than standard Italian restaurant fare. The service was warm, helpful and informal. If I could I would happily eat here very regularly.

The eating experience here is great. Nice presentation, very good execution of the dishes. Our server was helpful and friendly and was and enjoyable part of the dining experience. The challenge is taking in all the specials as they are presented, and deciding which of them you are going to drill down on with the host so you have a sense of what you will be getting. And then there's just the no idea of how much you will be paying for you meal. The introduction of the specials and ordering part of the service, while friendly seemed a little passive-aggressive to me.

Excellent food and service from this outstanding Italian family restaurant. We go there regularly and only wish that it was open 7 days per week!
