Great atmosphere, very entertaining chef, great food. We had a fun night.
So much fun. Perfect restaurant to take the family of three generations. Can highly recommend this for a good easy fun family night out
Great chefs and atmosphere. Would recommend to friends and family
Excellent chef Excellent staff Will be back again soon Thank you
Jin was an absolutely amazing chef, he made our day! He was extremely fast, his skills are out of this world and he is friendly, approachable and on the top of everything he cooks really-really well; the food was yumm!!! The waiting staff were the kindest, accommodated all our wishes and helped in every possible way to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the highest note! Our only concern were the bathrooms... I don't want to go into details, but there is a huge room for improvement there... that is the only reason I couldn't give the highest marks.
We had mixed feelings about the evening. We went there on a voucher for an 11 course teppanyaki set. Our chef was brilliant and the food was delicious but it was really rushed. The food just kept coming non-stop and we had the whole 11 courses (including dessert) in just under an hour. The chef finished up and we were left at the table feeling really stuffed (again the food was delicious) and that was it. The nice evening/dinner out was suddenly done. We were able to order a drink on arrival but then the wait staff didn't return to our table other than to silently remove bowls. So, great food, entertaining chef but WAY too rushed.
It was my partners first time going to Teppanyaki and he absolutely loved it. I've been about three times to this place and have loved it every time. Would highly recommend this place for sure. Perfect for any occasion in my opinion. The staff are lovely, the chefs are funny and the food is delicious. I have no complaints whatsoever in regards to this place. Money well spent. Looking forward to going back again!
In overall my visit to the restaurant was pretty good, it was good fun and the chef did a good show so I was very entertain. Food was beautiful and fresh. Service was good too. The only thing that I would say I didnt like it too much was the place itself. The restaurant needs sort of a renovation and needs a bit of cleansing, there were a few non pleasant smells in the restaurant when you walk around.
I bought a Groupon Voucher and I first called the restaurant asking if it would be possible to put a candle at my partner’s dessert to celebrate his birthday and they said yes, of course, and that I should write this when I was booking through the website. I did this and.... nothing happened there!!! I was very disppointed because it would be the only celebration he would have. The food was good, the chef was funny ( the service was a bit fast, in 1 hour we were having the dessert already), and... without the candle! :(
The food is delicious and fresh. The Teppanyaki chef "K" was lots of fun and very skillful. Kids had a ball. The waitress though was very kind and friendly didn't have great product knowledge so had to keep asking the chef questions, but she may have been new, so totally understandable. Over all, excellent. We've been many times, and we will definitely be back again for a fun and delicious meal
