Bada Bing Cafe

I booked for 11.30, have an email confirmation of the time, period of booking, and then got a call from the manager the day before saying that it was not confirmed and the time I booked I couldn’t do so could I do 9am instead. I said yes not wanting to make a fuss, when we got there the manager said no your booking was at 8.30am, which was a lie, but I’ll try and fit you in. He found us a table and said we could have it for 90 minutes until 10.30am. At 10.00am whilst my dad still was eating we had him come up to us and say we had to leave in 5 minutes for another table. The manager was extremely extremely poor in managing our booking. The only pro was the waitress Ruby (I believe that is her name) she was a young girl and gave great customer service to us. Very disappointed with our experience though, it was the topic of the day when people asked how our breakfast was.

Really great menu, food, portion sizes and service. Will be a regular.

Service good but did not enjoy meal or price charged

It always has a welcoming atmosphere and the food ,service and ambience is always very pleasant.Today was no different and I like to meet my friends there.

Staff is always nice and the cafe is really nice.

Booking wasn't there, we sat inside and they totally ignored us. Coffee took ages and wasn't up to the usual standard. Not sure we will go again.

Table had not been reserved. Place felt generally unclean and messy (quite a few empty table had not been cleared). Disappointed that there didn’t seem to be a warm dessert menu anymore, as per website menu. Chai latte was tasteless. Coffee was good.

Ok food and coffee. Has nice view of a lake.

Second visit for lunch in about 3 months. First visit, lunch (seafood fritti) was awesome so was hanging out to go again. I had booked this first visit over the phone the day before. No record of our booking when we arrived, and the waitress asked us if we wanted to sit outside. It was raining so my 83 year old dad declined. Fortunately some people left and we were able to get their table. Second visit, same family members (4 adults). This time, I booked on line. Still no record of our booking. I was able to show the confirmation email and luckily a table was available. Food was ordinary. Soggy crumbed, chewy squid, 2 dry tough prawns. Was it worth the 26 dollars, well if you believe the papers, the cost of living is going through the roof, this place indicates that it is stratospheric. Im probably going to give it a miss from now on.

Bada Bing NEVER lets me down. Have been many times, food and service is always great

love the gnocchi and eggplant parmigiana would definitely recommend it
