Absolutely superb food and staff. Having the chef come and check in with us about the food just added that extra special dining experience. We will return.

Fantastic service in the way the owner come out and introduced himself and he was very pleasant. Cosy restaurant and pleasant atmosphere. Only problem I had was, as with most restaurants is the main meal size are small for the price. I was expecting a more heartier size for the homely Italian style of this restaurant.

The food was not particularly good. The veal was tough and the pasta dish came with crab and no utensils to crack and eat it. The wine was three times the price in a bottle shop.

Very high hopes for this Italian restaurant after a raving review from a work colleague, however it didn’t not live up to standards. The night started off with a young waitress spilling a full glass of beer and coke all over my 16 year old niece and older sister - plus all throughout her nice handbag . The young waitress was apologetic which was fine - lucky we are nice people so we laughed it off much to our shock and annoyance by the situation. She cleaned up the floor, brought out new drinks and then never returned again. About 20- 30 minutes later, another’s waitress came to our table and took our pizza order - we thought this would be the turnaround, we ordered 4 pizzas between us and being a busy night the owner of the restaurant came to tell us it would be quite a wait as everyone put their order in at the same time - understandable, and more than happy to wait for a great tasting pizza. The wait was about 40 minutes. I ordered a Bella Tiarnie, and was sadly disappointed instantly by the fact my pizza was soggy and didn’t look like it had been cooked enough, as it was super floppy and the toppings just slid off. My sister and her husband had an anchovy pizza which they said was nice, my boyfriend had the supreme which he also mentioned was okay but lacked flavour and my nieces shared a Bella Tiarnie also sharing the same issue as myself - a soggy pizza. The night ended with the owner clearing the table and noticing a tea towel on the table from the earlier spillage - he asked why it was there so we explained there was a spillage and he began asking which waitress did it - we didn’t want to dob on the young waitress as she’s had suffered enough embarrassment- but after he left our table we could hear him in the kitchen slightly raising his voice at her - it was a bit uncomfortable so we got the bill (he gave us a $10 discount for our trouble) and left.

Although not the restauarnt's fault, there was a child close to our table that screamed constantly, which made the experience less enjoyable. Service was a little slow, and we had to ask where our entrées were. However the food was lovely and great value for money. We will be returning for date nights every month from now on.

Love the Camilla salmon and the tiramisu! Had a great night with friends!
