I found it to be very busy and it took a long time for my order to be served

Very very long delays in getting food. Offered a free coffee for the wait and then the coffee also didn't come until I prompted them. I regretted coming here

Coffees took half an hour to come out and food took an hour to come out. Service was lacking

Terrible service. Waited over an hr for meals to be delivered. More than enough staff just absolutely hopeless. - tables not cleared, walking around in a daze and coffee warm at best. Manager's treatment of the poor girl trying to sort out all the problems a disgrace. Bathrooms disgusting. Such a shame - been coming for last 2 yrs. Won't be back
