My second visit to Billy’ Central, Billy’s Central has always provided yummy food with consistent quality and warm services. The cafe is convinienly situated next to the connecting bridge from Melbourne Central to Emporium, a very nice and quiet corner to enjoy an afternoon tea.

Billy’s Central was great and had a good atmosphere. Food was good and have already gone back.

Tastes horrible....... the Moroccan salad, personally I don’t like it. sorry for that. And the chili crab one is also ........ especially the egg.......... but staffs are nice. Although she gave us a wrong coffee ...................

Missed the lunch (funeral) but others reported a very good experience. Will definitely be coming to Billy's on a regular monthly basis from now. Howard K

It’s really great to eat my brunch at billy’a central. You can easily find its location and enjoy the service there. Hope to be there again.
