Bistro 32

We have been to this restaurant several times now and continue to be so impressed by the food and service. My father is extremely fussy with food but we never have to worry taking him to Bistro 32 as he eats everything! As I have said before, you don't have to go into the city or snooty eastern suburb restaurants for authentic French food. Bistro 32 is fantastic!

Wonderful French style food and fantastic, personalised service. Maryanne and her team made us feel very welcome. I'm looking forward to returning and to working my way through the menu.

A lovely French restaurant in Caringbah! Ambience, service and food all delightful. Well presented and perfectly sized portions were most welcome. A small but eclectic seasonal menu provided a difficulty - I wanted everything! Finally settled on beef fillet with roasted tomato and Bernaise sauce. Just delicious. My companion chose the veal cutlet and was just as pleased as I. We shared the creme caramel and warm chocolate tart both of which were perfect. More than highly recommended.

Friendly management and staff, very good French cuisine. Altogether, very happy customers amongst the eight of us. The restaurant dealt with our needs very stylishly.

The main meal was presented with simple elegance and tasted amazing - slow roasted lamb shoulder (main special of the night). The special of the night dessert, caramelised banana tart, was also good. I find the food is consistently of high quality and the service is friendly.

Food is great and the staff could not be nicer or more professional great place to eat fine food one of our top restaurant in the shire.

We had wanted to try this restaurant for a long time and weren't disappointed. The service is friendly and attentive; meals use high quality produce and are served in generous portions. There is a nice atmosphere which feels authentically French. Overall it was good value and was a good choice for a special occasion.

We waited 45 mins for our mains. The Chef came and saw us and explained that it takes longer to make rack of lamb. However he offered no concession e.g. free coffee or reduction in the price. He seemed to view it as our mistake. I hope I got that wrong. Suggest you (Restaurant) tell customers or put it on your menu that rack of lamb takes up to 45 mins. In the meantime offer a complementary small broth or bread and balsamic vinegar/oil dip and don't leave your customers sitting there wondering.

Good atmosphere, Lovely food and service! Would definitely recommend for a night out with friends or family. Just missed the crème brulee on the menu.

Bistro 32 is one of the best restaurants in The Sutherland Shire, they have an inspirational French menu with accompanying wines. We found the service was very helpful and professional . Bistro 32 is not cheap although on par with what one would expect for this level of dining. I can recommend Bistro 32 to anyone wanting to have a wonderful , intimate french dining experience.

Love love loved the food and service. Had the special of slow cooked lamb and an amazing soufflé. You definitely need to go now. 😘

Great atmosphere, fantastic french influenced food and friendly service. Will be back soon, that salmon and asparagus milliefilou was incredible. Didnt have room for dessert so next time its a must looking at the menu

It's my favourite restaurant. Menu is varied plus the specials are always great. The meals are substantial and include veggies which is nice. Leave room for dessert because they're to die for.

The restaurant was nice and warm on a cold winter's evening. The menu was simple and enticing We had the cheese soufflé and escargots for entrée followed by spatchcock and sirloin for mains Along with a nice bottle of wine we left very full (without having dessert!) Great food and atmosphere, on the higher end of price range, but definitely a worthwhile visit

Very nice restaurant with fantastic service. We asked to share and they served us in 2 portions for all the dishes. Very thoughtful service. Food is very good to go with too! Will go again!

Food was excellent, very good service, price considered a bit high. Able to book in at last minute was very convenient on this occasion. Recommend for a special occasion

bad service slow inconsistent - another table could bring their own wine on a friday night and we couldnt. when i asked no one responded until i asked again. the reply was " oh we brought in the wine for them." i dont think so. they had a wine bag with them. clearly they brought it in with them. who knows. they could be regulars and i wasnt their VIP.

Great food and a wonderful host , waitress is friendly - a good place to spend a Saturday night wine list a could be better

My partner and I thought this place was the equal of any other french restaurant we have been to. Which is a pleasant surprise for Caringbah and for us convenient too.

Delicious and charming. The food is always tasty and generous. Wines are delightful and the service warm.

It was our first visit to the restaurant and we went there to celebrate our 44th Wedding Anniversary. We were met upon our arrival by a lovely lady who showed us to our table and then proceeded to outline to us the different dishes that were available to us. She also assisted us with choosing a bottle of red wine which we found very pleasing with the food we chose. Overall an excellent night and we will certainly go there again.

The meal and service were great but when we came to pay the girl informed me that the tap and go did not work. As I use my phone as my card this created a problem and my wife had to pay on her card. As many people now use this system I think you should update you equipment. Thanks
