Bobo's Diner - Chirnside Park

Most of the food was ok ... pricey for what it is. Biggest let down was customer service - wait persons served us one round of drinks and after that - we tried to get their attention on a few occassions to no avail - had to get up and approach the bar to get someone to take an order ... also in asking for the bill - no one seemed to want to serve us and I once again had to csll out to get attention. No - the restaurant was not busy - the staff were just too busy chatting and doing their own thing.

I had my daughters 18th family dinner at bobo’s. My daughter had a lovely time, the staff are friendly, the food is divine, from the youngest who had hotdogs bigger than their heads, to the adults who had a lovely moist Parma that’s bigger than a plate and hamburgers that tasted deliciously homemade, very authentic. I’d encourage anyone to come to bobo’s and have an amazing time too.

Service was a bit slow at first but the meal made up for it, steak was cooked perfectly, disappointed sauce was an extra $3 when most places it comes with the meal

Fast friendly service. Pretty noisy but it’s obviously a popular place to eat, just hard to have a conversation though. I enjoyed my wine, at $11 for a 200 ml glass was a bit of a shock! Overall I enjoyed my time at Bo Bo’s. Thanks

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The banana paddle pop was amazing and tasted like a paddle pop but the Parma could do with a bit more flavor

I ordered Bobo's Salad with calamari, delicous!! Service was also great, we were having pre movie dinner, and explained to waitress - she stated that food will be out quickly AND she was right :)

Great wait staff, catered well for a big group. The food came quickly and they allowed for split bills. We had a great time and will be back!

The food was delicious. The home made vegetarian burger was excellent. Service was quick and efficient and my husband enjoyed his burger as well. We will be back.

Very excellent food, been there twice now, will be there again. Really good daily deals. Cocktails are very strong, and very tasty. Ten out of ten.

The food is always huge and delicious. Value for money is right up there and the staff are incredibly attentive and an asset to the restaurant.

Service was a little bit slow. We were asked to order before kids menus were provided when we had 3 children with us. The food came out quite quickly but the Parma wasn’t the greastest

Our table was not ready at our booked time and service was terrible. Food was ok, but overall not a good experience at all. Waitresses ignored us, we had to attract attention every time we wanted water or to order, we were not called on once.

Food was great. Price was good. But the service was was to slow. 30 minutes to take the order from sit down at the table. But will be back and recommend to family and friends. Thanks.

Recently tried Bobo's with the family before a movie and enjoyed the meal thoroughly. Good "American" style food. The staff were friendly and reasonably attentive. Kids enjoyed their meal. I would return.

Service was poor. Food came out cold. Waistress was rude. She kept saying she couldn’t hear us when ordering. Maybe turn music down as they can hear. Also toilets need to be fixed up. No handles on doors and no locks. Very poor will not go back there.

For a Wednesday night it appeared to be fully seated, but also very loud. Great meals - burgers, ribs, dogs and seafood & parma and didn't wait too long. The booth was a little tight for 8 people. We ordered a parma special but were charged full price, after checking our receipt we were refunded the difference with apology. I would eat here again.

Food was taste, however service was terrible. Had to go up to the bar twice to order more food. They were more interested in cleaning and setting up empty tables compared with serving us. Wasn’t happy

Food was pretty good and relatively fast service. Only criticism would be that the meat on one of the burgers tasted a bit burnt so perhaps there could be an option written on the menu that you can have the meat cooked to different levels. The burger was well done when we would have preferred medium rare. Otherwise, it was great and I would probably visit again.

Steak was tender but presentation and overall meal nothing special. Plate consisted of steak, a bowl of mashed potato and a corn cob. Corn was just chargrilled and not presented as the side was described on the menu as having paprika, aioli mayonnaise, etc. However, service was excellent

I had a plain burger, the bun was stale and I had a blue lagoon cocktail which tasted like Soda water. It was good service though

Below average would not go back again, fish was dry overcooked and so was the chicken schnitzel. service was ok. The staff were very friendly

Great food, friendly staff, food came out in a timely fashion & everything was as advertised, my partner enjoyed the salt & pepper calamari whilst I had “The Chief” burger which combined a beef patty with a piece of fried chicken!

The service was wonderful and the food was delicious, bit pricey but therecarent many other options located @ chirnside park, you get a 25% discount with the entertainment book.

Wasn't great service, pretty much ignored the entire time. Food was reasonable. Had steak which waa fatty and gristly but treated ok. Need to improve.

Staff are always very friendly and the food is delicious. They have menu deals on 4 or 5 days a week. Bobos is usually very busy for dinner, reservations recommended.

Food was good, except the chicken burger came with a sauce that wasn’t on the description, but the lovely staff fixed that up for us.

Great food, great service and the Texas night on Tuesday is worth every penny. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a big meal.

The staff were great. Their service and attentiveness, excellent. The food though was only so so. Kids meals and salad were good. Steak cooked well. The parma though was sweet and not enjoyable. All up, just ok.
