Kick things off in all American style at Bobo’s Diner Keilor with servings of onion rings, mac and cheese fritters and chilli cheese fries smothered in gooey cheese and chilli con carne. Following on, that’s where things get really interesting, especially if you’re craving a classic parma because Bobo’s Diner is home to the Mission Impossible where they literally dare you to try a double, made with the pulled pork parma and The King.
