Food is fine not amazing and not awful. The meals do come out at different times which I guess if you have kids and they come out first is great so they can go off and play. For our family it’s really and in and out situation as they get older

Food was served luke warm, and playground area was very busy with bigger kids pushing into my 2yo multiple times and almost pushing her down the stairs.

The food was fine, not amazing, not terrible. The service was ok considering it was a Friday night. The atmosphere was as expected for somewhere so kid focused. The playground needs to be more child friendly but they’re aware of it and updating it soon. I would go back again

Was good I liked it food was good but the butter chicken tasted a little different not as creamy I guess, other than that was a good experience and will be back again

Vegetables were not cooked properly and not much serving of vegetables

There is a small selection of vegan-friendly meals so we chose a vegan schnitzel and a vegan parmas. Unfortunately, the vegetables were almost cold when we received our meal and the schnitzel was overcooked and dried out. Not even a wedge of lemon to moisten it. The flavour of the parmas was good. I had ordered dessert at the same time as the mains, however, we waited for 45 minutes after our mains and they hadn't been delivered. We asked about them but they still took another 15 minutes to arrive. There were no vegan dessert options so we went with vegetarian. We had sticky date pudding which was enormous and very tasty. When the dessert arrived though, the small bowl of ice cream on the side had melted, almost completely. Who knows how long it was just sitting waiting to be delivered.

Great food and the kids loved the ice cream bar, however EXTREMELY noisy venue, and some of the staff were quite abrupt. Shame about the playroom closing at 2.30 also.

Food was good and the play area is great, just need to watch what other kids are doing to keep your own kids safe.

Good food, the prices are reasonable, sometimes it gets a bit boisterous in the dining room and bistro with kids running around.

Good steak, quick meals. They did forget our halloumi for starter however. Miscommunication as they brought it out with Mains instead.
