There can be few countries in the world as obsessed with coffee as the good people of Australia, and while the hotbed of joe Down Under is over in Melbourne, the caffeine junkies of Perth certainly don’t miss out as well. C15 is the name of the game as far as great cafes in Western Australia are concerned, and their locations all over the city are renowned: pay them a visit at their outlet on Ogilvie Road in Mount Pleasant to find out exactly why. Their beans are superb, as one might imagine, and the food is something a little bit special too. Go early for a big Aussie breakfast, eggs with bacon, as omelettes, Florentine and Benedict, or turn up later to enjoy a range of lunch dishes that takes in burgers and steaks, sandwiches and salads, pasta, bruschetta and more, so take a trip to Canning Bridge, jump on Canning Highway and make an appearance at C15 in Mount Pleasant. Do remember to book ahead though, as they do get crowded on occasion.
7 ladies for breakfast at 9am. Brioche French toast was lovely but it wasmore like bread and butter pudding. Everyone enjoyed their various dishes. Coffee was good enough. It was a bit chilly as large sliding door was open to the early morning breeze and wintery sunshine. But was ok with an extra layer. Pleasant chef owner? Came out to have a wee chat. Nice friendly touch.
I had a very friendly and relaxed solo breakfast at C15. The staff were polite and friendly and the food was great. I really enjoyed the coffee
The staff here are always friendly and helpful. It can get really crowded so good idea to make a booking before you get there to secure a table.
