Cafe63 - Griffin

Staff were incapable of handling a busy period - left waiting to be served, hurried patrons out, some food was 'cold' and omitted dressing from a salad.

didn’t like sitting next to the kitchen, was very loud. would have been better to have glasses not plastic cups for the drinks but the food was nice.

18 minutes to take order, another 16 minutes to get hot drink that was cold. No water offered at all

Was good service, food was tasted. Overall food breaky. we would go there again

Needed background music, as not many people there & very quiet. My veges weren’t cooked properly still crunchy. The overall presentation of the dish was a bit ordinary.

Your good and service was great but it was a bit hard to get your signal and I would have to get up and go to the counter so maybe come around and just ask if we are enjoying the food or we want to order

The food and coffee were good and there was a great variety of food choices listed on the menu, The customer service was exceptional as were the facilities and our needs were all met promptly. Great place to take families.

Not overly impressed with the slow service and breakfasts on the day. A few things need to improve before I would recommend this Cafe 63 to my friends.

Good Service, very busy but food still came out on time. Probably needed easier understanding waitresses. It was making it hard to understand what they were saying.

There were no gluten free options available for people who are really gluten intolerant. Not the place to go if you need gluten free options.

Great food has a wonderful array of which to choose from. wonderful hospitality by all staff. fast service, great atmosphere, café 63 Griffin has a drive through makes the quick pick up of a beverage really easy.

Great meal provided and very quick service. Food was hot and awesome coffee. Friendly staff and a well laid out table set up. No pressure put on us to leave after our meal

Group of 13 booked for lunch the opinion of the group were all very good ,nice venue good service and no complaints about the food.

Prompt service and great selection on the menu. There were 5 of us and we all ordered something different and all food was delivered to the table at the same time so we could actually eat together. Food was delicious

Sorry we had to cancel the booking but we have had lovely takeaway coffees from there. Always a very busy place on the weekends so must be great!

Excellent, yummy 😋. Loved it, easy to book a seat and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend for a cafe style meal. Cafe 63 is worth a look.😊

Food is amazing every time. Staff are friendly and efficient. Even though almost every table was full our meals did not take long and were great quality. 10/10

Got pancakes with strawberries as a garnish got 3 @ 1/2 pieces of strawberries pretty disappointing.

Cafe has a welcoming atmosphere, the staff are cheerful, friendly and great with kids, there is a wide choice of tasty food and its excellent value for money.

Great variety of food for good prices, the staff were friendly and prompt. One of our meals came out cold but they got a new one to us quickly.

The service was sub par on Mother’s Day compared to when we have eaten there other times which was disappointing. My hisband’s potato Rodri ( hash brown) was rotten.

It was a tad noisy within the restaurant and meals took a bit too long. Drinks were served quickly, the attendance of staff was also quick. Food and drinks tasted great and well priced.

They forgot some of our drinks order. Then my meal came out before starter & I had finished before the others at our table got there’s.

Service was slow. Could not understand what the server was saying when she brought out our meals. I am coeliac and after explaining to server and ordering she came back and asked where I got the item from. I had originally showed her on menu.

Waited over 30 mins after being seated for our drink order to be taken and that was only after we flagged down a waitress. They weren't that busy. Once ordered, food and drinks arrived in a timely manner and were amazing.

Terrible service, food for 7 adults and 3 children took over an hour to come out "one at a time" and was less than average.

Average experience. Found prices to be quite high for the food, plus it was a long wait for food to come out even though the cafe wasn't very full.

Great food and great prices. All the items on the menu sounded great, it was difficult to choose. Cafe 63 has a Nice relaxed atmosphere, and it was quite cool even though it was a an extremely hot and sticky day. Plenty of parking. I will definitely be coming back again very soon. Staff were friendly, although they did seem a bit run off their feet, forgetting little things like enough knives & forks for our table of 6 - but that was easy fixed when we asked for another set and some napkins. I Would definitely recommend Cafe 63 Griffin. I just wish they were open for dinner - as we would come at least once a week for dinner, as it is so close to home, great pricing and great food.

Staff were very welcoming. Service was good. I was there with friends for breakfast and the only down side would be the meal I chose had too much cream.

My first time to use this, great app to use quick, easy and simple! And it works! It was a pleasure to use it !
