disappointing for a newly renovated premises,it lacks atmosphere,and character.very cold place.everyone was eating with their coats on.like a school canteen. one female bar staff member passed me by 3 times,while I was stood waiting to be served,she wasn't doing anything else. food was good however. alot more thought needed for decor. in one area they have 18 lights hanging from the ceiling,they look like microphones (some people may think they resemble adult toys) horrible looking things.

My dish came out a little cold, and asked if they could heat it more, happy if they used the microwave, however didn't receive any kind of apology.

Food is nice, friendly service but the food took a long time to arrive at the table they got our order wrong a couple of time.

We go a couple of times a month and their pizzas are amazing we really enjoy taking the kids as their is a playground to keep them entertained and the staff are friendly and polite. Can't fault the place.

Staff were very friendly and very attentive. Food was great. Good time all round

1st time my whole family dined in here & last time, we should have walked out, we moved to another table still no difference, Ants on walls, Tables & Menu & worst entrance Couldn't find it. the gimmick is the spinning wheel, if you spend $50, you can spin it & get a price, our price was to spend another $50 next time & then we will get that price, but we have to keep the recipe for proof of wining & purchase for next time, I returned receipt & said good bye.

Probably a good family environment ... lots of uncontrolled children doing whatever they like while parents busy on their phones .... not good for an adults night out. Food ok but not great ... overpriced and inconsistent in delivery. Wont be going back!

Great friendly service and the parmageddon Parma’s were big enough to fill my teenage sons’ bellies!! That’s got to be a good thing! Family friendly and homely atmosphere.

Great service from friendly staff. Very generous servings. We had the linguine marinara and it was full of seafood. The pizzas had generous toppings but felt slightly over cooked. The chicken parmagiana is enough for two! For 10 of us it worked out to be $30 per head.
