Delicious food and the best service. Curry puffs amazing, crispy skin chicken with cashews to die for and the strawberry and mango pancetta was so tasty and finished off the meal perfectly. Then add the service we received and it was a great dining experience.

Excellent food, great staff and modern relaxed atmosphere, with a wow dessert.

Cattleya Signature is a real gem! The atmosphere is warm and stylish, and the service is excellent. The Golden Plate was a perfect start, the Massaman Curry rich and full of flavor, and the Black Pepper Wagyu Steak was simply outstanding. Beautifully presented dishes with incredible taste — highly recommend for anyone who loves authentic Thai with a touch of elegance.

Fathers Day lunch and oh my how the Fathers were spoilt!!¡ The food here is incredible and the people that run the restaurant and all the workers are so beautiful and nothing is too much trouble. Our favourite restaurant now! Today's visot was as brilliant as all the other times we have been!!!

The tastes were mind blowing especially the Massaman Curry with wagyu beef which we ordered twice and the Chinese broccoli with the crispy pork belly.Serves were more than adequate and great value for money.Service level was very good and our water glasses were kept full. Seating for us five was great and the ambience was unexpectedly better than we anticipated-the best we have seen in a Thai restaurant.Noise levels were lower than most other restaurants we have visited.Will definitely return for a repeat of this great experience.Well Done

It’s the first time I’ve visited here and it was amazing from walking in to walking out, such a warm and wonderful welcome, great customer service from the staff very friendly and greeted with a smile, the food was incredible very fresh and hot will most definitely be back.

It was nice but not exceptional, the atmosphere was cold as only a small heater was going. The red curry was really good and the pinapple fried rice ok, no nuts as described and lacked pinapple, I have had this dish many times in Thailand and it was very different .

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the evening. What we especially appreciated was the relaxed atmosphere; we never felt rushed or pressured to leave after our meal, which allowed us to fully enjoy our time together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality dining experience in Ballarat.

My daughter had just finished her double degree at university, so we decided to go out as a family and celebrate- we were given a wonderful table, the food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. The staff made my daughter feel very special by serving her complimentary mille- feuille dessert with congratulations written on the plate - such a lovely touch. We had THE BEST NIGHT, and we will certainly return and recommend you to all our friends...This is a FABOULUS restaurant which ticks all the boxes....
