Fabulous food, lovely atmosphere & wonderful attentive staff, very enjoyable evening.

Best calamari ever!!! Really loved the red curry with prawns too. Service was fantastic, and all staff were lovely. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience apart from 2 major issues. 1- dining with my wife whom is celiac , ordered gluten free meals, but one of the meals was served with gluten noodles. Luckily my wife noticed that the noodles where not correct and asked if we had been given a gluten meal, we had. Also, there are no options for gluten free with any Pork or crispy chicken dishes.

The food at Cattleya Signature was impeccable. The food flavours and presentation were beautiful. Our table of 6 mostly had a different main dish. Service was professional, friendly, attentive and subtle throughout our booking. The atmosphere was beautiful, warm, inviting as aesthetically pleasing. Our friends from Melbourne and Northern Victoria were very impressed with the quality and raved about our night. Talking about next time they are in Ballarat and what dish they would order at Cattleya Signature. Such a wonderful night, dining experience and highly recommend !!

The restaurant was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The food was absolutely delicious with great portion sizes and plenty of variety to choose from. The staff and service were absolutely brilliant too. Definitely check this place out while you are in the area

Everything was fantastic from the service to the food the drinks and the atmosphere. I had a great catchup with friends and we were even given some complimentary starters. I will be recommending Cattleya to everyone.

The staffs are very curteous, served us with a smile on their face, very kind especially to our little boy. The foods are delicious. We enjoy our dining experience so much and we will definitely go back.

It was ok but we still prefer dining in Cattleya Thai or Eatsy. I loved the sticky rice with mango dessert as it was slightly different from the traditional.

Great ambience, very friendly and attentive staff. All food was incredibly tasty, well presented and had thoughtful Thai influence. We did have one steak overcooked, but staff were apologetic and we received complimentary desserts! Will be back!

First time visitor thought the whole experience was excellent great quality food nice atmosphere overall a great experience, only other comment I have is the scallops could have a bit more citrus flavour, and don’t make the sauce as thick. Excellent night..

There were four of us, 1 meal was rated nice and good amount, 1 was nice but not enough so needed extra rice to fill up, 1 meal was ok but too small and 1 was not so nice as potatoes were liquid and meat tough. On the whole it was disappointing.

Great venue, friendly staff, delicious food. We had a small mix up with one of our main courses delivered to the wrong table. Error was rectified within a reasonable time. Overall a great night and will go again.

Absolutely incredible. Chicken Massaman, Beef Fillet with Thai Basil, Cevache of King Fish, Roti Bread and Coconut Rice- 11/10. Service and Drinks were the same. Fantastic and memorable ❤️

First time diners at Cattleya Signature and the food was amazing. This isn't you run of the mill Thai restaurant, this is an amazing modern fusion Thai dining experience. We will certainly be visiting again and again.

We thought the presentation seemed more important than the food. eg my abalone was a tiny serve of just the abalone and seaweed and the abalone was tough. The steak dish and the small plate salmon were the hits. Can we suggest that more on the plate and less ""finesse" would be our preference. Potential but...
