Thai cuisine is a delicate balancing act, with only the best chefs able to keep all the plates spinning at the same time. Find them on Keilor Road in Niddrie, doling out bowls of Tom Kha Soup, stir-fries of fresh seafood and veggies, pad thai and chicken to the hungry Melbourne public. They’re right off the Calder Freeway, close to Essendon airport, so you can get there easy enough – there really is no excuse not to book a table now and head on over for a proper Thai feed.
