Very pleasant experience but the restaurant was rather noisy at that time making conversations difficult. Food was tasty though.

Not our first time here and food was yummy as usual, with generous portions. HOWEVER there was a mix up with our banquet order and we were pretty much told that our server does this quite often and since we’d already eaten part of the meal, there was nothing to be done! Our table of 8 ordered a 6 person lobster banquet plus add on dishes and the server ran through the customisation options of the banquet with us (what style we want the chicken cooked, if we prefer the lamb or beef pot etc). After the lobster and entrees were finished, they started serving the mains and we were confused as it wasn’t to the customisation we had chosen with the server (some dishes were entirely different!). So we asked a server passing by if this is the 6 person banquet we originally ordered. She said no, it was the 8. We advised we ordered the 6 and these weren’t the dishes we chose so she asked which server took the order and then said to the degree of “oh yes he often gets the orders wrong, let me bring him over”. He comes over and tells us that the 8 person one suits us better anyways and that we wouldn’t have to add on dishes. We let him know that as he should be aware, we did order add on dishes so now we will have way too much food! To which he tells us we can just take it home as leftovers! Both servers then tell us that since we already ate the 8 person portion of first dishes already, we can swap the wrong dishes for the ones we originally chose but it will still be the 8 person banquet, not the 6. What can we do since we already ate the food?! Why should we have to pay extra money and eat a banquet that we didn’t order? Their staff has made a mistake, which they admit to him committing often, yet they pretty much told us we need to suck it up! Their solution was to comp us a free dessert and tell us not to place our order with him next time... very disappointed because we were there for a family members birthday and didn’t want to cause a fuss and ruin the mood. Plus they made us feel quite guilty and awkward with the “sob story” they told us about the server being “forgetful due to his age” and that the boss keeps him on the staff despite his constant mistakes due to his history working there. If they are aware of the issue, why not do something about it instead of the customers suffering the consequences?!

We waited very long time for food to arrive and one dish was short at the end. We had to remind them a few times for our food to be serveded throught out the dinner time. Very disappionting!

Service was quick, food was good. The only thing was, the table had lose wood chips coming off. Through out dinner, all 8 of us had to dust off the splinters on our clothing every now and then, which is quite ridiculous. Please replace these old rotting round tables, thanks.

Food was good - it's a busy and noisy restaurant. Must be careful the parking spaces as there's two separate/different restaurants - no demarcation - quite confusing.

The food was exceptionally awesome. The service provided by the staffs and manager were really good. When there was a mistake on the dish, the manager fixed it immediately with no hassle. Keep up the good work.

They have very good Cantonese food. Food is good value too. Portions are large. Menu is good. I’m definitely coming back to this wonderful restaurant.

Amazing Hong Kong-style Chinese food. Delicious dishes with fresh ingredients, including high quality meats and seafood. Very vibrant atmosphere. One of the best Chinese restaurants in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

Food was pretty good. Service was a little slow but expected due to the crowd. Prices were a little bit above average but you could live with it.

Tables were so close to each other. Could barely push my chair out to get up. Food was delicious and service great. They even portioned out the fish for us all to share
